Andale! Food Truck — Restaurant in Santa Fe

I can’t say enough good things about Andale food truck. My husband and I went one day for lunch and have been back so many times that we think maybe we should cut back haha. It is appears to be family owned and run. There are often extended family members coming, going, helping, and generally offering great, warm hospitality. We were recognized after just two visits by the woman and man who regularly run the food truck - and manage to hustle, offer everyone just what they need, cook great food, and run the register, all while managing to be very pleasant, even when they are slammed. There is a very clean set of picnic tables with shade. Now, the food - the Al Pastor is sort of miraculous. I have had it both in tacos and burritos and I just cannot get enough of it. It truly stands out to me as the best I’ve had. I have also had the Adobada burrito, which was also very, very good. This food truck is doing everything right. It’s one of those great “finds”...

If you are in Santa Fe and you're looking for tacos...this is THE spot. Let me tell you, for the price and the quality you CANNOT go wrong! For only $10 you can get a plate of 4 tacos of any kind. Melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. The tacos are right off the grill, cooked in front of you and are drop dead gorgeous. The tacos have grilled and raw onions giving them a crunch, the meat is seasoned and wholesome and juicy. Put a little lime juice and salsa on there, the back of your throat will taste the spice while the top of your mouth will taste the sweetness of the meat and the onions. Gorgeous. I cannot recommend enough. These guys have been in business for 5 years and they are delightful and friendly. Support these guys for their local business...I promise you, you will not be disappointed!

This place is AMAZING! a hidden gem in plain sight! The customer service and interaction is unmatched. They truly love what they are doing and want to ensure it's passed on to the customer who is treated just like family. The food is so fresh, so well made, the flavor I've got hunger pains just thinking about it. I honestly can't say enough about this place. There are two trucks right next to each other and they are sister trucks. The food is DELICIOUS on its own but add in the love, kindness and just human experience and you will find yourself becoming a regular.
