Santa Fe Kitchen — Restaurant in Santa Fe

Y'all already know that I am very picky about food but I'm also someone that appreciates those that take the time to serve a presentable plate. Well, this is one of those places. A simple quesadilla it's so fulfilling! avocado, Chile, sour cream, lettuce, rice.

It's easy to find parking spot, easy access from Cerrillos Rd, affordable prices, great flavor. They have kind of a big menu, order to go, lots of parking. Outside seating available. I have loved the quesadillas so much that I haven't order anything else but friends have said that their tortas are really good too.

I'm a native of Santa Fe. I eat at taco trucks all the time. I make a point of going to different ones and trying them out. I keep on coming back to Santa Fe Kitchen because .... are you ready for it? It's EASILY the best taco truck in town ... EASILY. This little place is in a parking lot next to a hotel. For some reason, it caught my eye and I wanted to try it. First off, extremely friendly staff. You place your order and wait in the little outdoor patio. You can eat there or take it to go. The chicken quesadilla was one of the best ever. Lots of chicken and cheese!
