Subway — Restaurant in Santa Fe

Stay away from this location. We went there about 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon. We were the only customers there. The staff was rude and threatened to have my wife and me removed from the restaurant because we questioned their policy of charging for soda water from the drink machine. We have been going to this location for almost 10 years and never were charged for the seltzer. The counter person said he was going to charge us the cost of two small drinks for using the seltzer. When I told him we had never been charged before, he accused me of being rude and threatened to ask me to leave if I didn't lower my voice. I was not speaking in a raised voice. I then returned the two waster cups to him and asked for new cups so we could get 'regular" water. He hesitated to proved us the cups and I had to ask a second time at that point he reiterated that he was going to ask us to leave. I don't know what was wrong with him, but he certainly doesn't have the concept down of being in a service industry. We will never return to that location again. This is after eating there two or three times a month for almost 10 years. If this is the way the owner trains his staff, he should do the math and figure out what he is losing with...

Very disappointing lunch today. Two employees with a line of eight customers, my husband and I were at the front of the line. Took about total 20 min from when we entered the store to when we left. Employees looked uncomfortable, inexperienced and overwhelmed. Most of the ingredient bins were either dirty or empty, which extended the time to make our orders due to the employees going back and forth for what was missing. I do appreciate one employee was apologizing for being under prepared. We took home one footlong flatbread turkey and ham which came out some what decent, however as for my husbands footlong teriyaki was a complete mess (picture posted along). While the employee was making my husbands sandwich, they had forgotten to add the cheese. At the end we were confused when one employee started going through all the cabinets and had sent their coworker to the back to look for something, afterwards they they told us they ran out of footlong wrapping paper so the sandwich has to be wrapped in two six in. papers together and that "hopefully" it holds together. It appears to be obvious management didn't train properly or they flat...

I ordered 2 subs and pizza, but soon after ordering, I got a call saying that there was no pizza. I was like fine give me the subs and refund me the money for the pizza and oh god I didn’t imagine that explaining this would be a big hassle. The rep I got a call from did not know English and I tried my best to make her understand but no, she told me her manager would call but I never received a call and the app said the order was picked up. I tried calling back and after 3-4 attempts I was able to get a hold of them and guess what it was the same person and then I just said two works “Order cancel” but I’m still unsure if she understood that. My money is still not refunded and I don’t know...
