Taco Bell — Restaurant in Santa Fe

Horrible customer service. Ordered breakfast on the app and I drove up my bank account got charged and I was informed that they were closed. So I asked for a refund and the staff told me there was nothing they could do for me that I had to go through the app. I could not ask for a refund from the app since this location had already taken out the funds for the order they would not give me the refund. So I got to work and I called this Taco Bell location and asked for a manager, I talked to the manager and asked her how I could get my funds back and she said to come back to get the food or funds. This was 5-10 minutes after I asked for a refund in the first place. I had to get work time and gas deducted from me for something that I asked for when I was at this location in the first place. Horrible...

Taco Bell, you truly are a special friend! So Taco Bell gets some unfair flack because it is a fast food chain. These people are wrong. It is rather amazing when you consider what they have done, provide, and how good, and satisfying it is to enjoy. For the snobs trying to throw shade on this institution, consider that it is the only fast food restaurant with a special vegetarian menu. Besides being inexpensive it is tasty, and it has convenient hours. I prefer the classic menu. Interestingly the other location in Santa Fe, NM is featured prominently in the film Ideal Home with Paul Rudd, therein they're also giving Taco Bell the love it truly deserves. I went through the drive thru today around 4PM and ordered the $5 nachos box with ground beef and extra shredded cheese. The person taking my order was very clear and friendly. The person taking my payment was quick and had a happy attitude. He made sure to ask if I wanted any hot sauce and when I received my order it was exactly as I'd expected. This taco bell makes its nachos with a good amount of toppings that don't leave any chips uncovered, which I'm happy about. Excellent customer service when I went, like usual in my experience! The parking lot is always very clean and well kempt and my only complaint is that sometimes the garbage cans are filled to the brim, but that doesn't happen too...
