The pizza was good but customer service is in need of some help. First I ordered the New Blazin' Hot Chicken Pizza. The gentleman with glasses preparing the order didn’t know what toppings belong on the pizza. Workers should know the difference between a 'Build your own' and a 'Signature Pizza'. The info for the toppings was literally on the board behind him and was written down on the paper where the order was taken. Secondly the same person was wearing a mask, but sneezed into his hand and did not bother replacing his gloves nor moved away to a different location. He sneezed by the pizza toppings area where we saw him and then, gave us a stare and still continued topping the pizza. For the gentleman wearing glasses today at this location, please pay attention to detail and your hygiene because you are dealing with other people's food. Lastly, going back to what toppings belong to the pizza, workers should know their own product. I had to verbally read the items I wanted on the signature pizza, but they should know it already because it's not a build your own pizza. I was excited to go to this place because it was our first time, but it was upsetting how they lack knowledge on what ingredients to put. The pizza is delicious and the price is unbeatable! I always get the Build your Own, Around 12 bucks for a large-medium pizza with as many toppings as you want, no extra charge! You can even say you want ALL toppings for the same price, which is overkill but it's possibility is amazing. If that wasn't enough, all thier ingredients have no artificial preservatives, flavors or colors. That's unheard of for the price, the inside is a bit small but very stylish and a nice atmosphere to eat in. The agua frescas are top notch also, this is the one place I always get a drink with my food. Lines can be on the long side if you go in the afternoon, I reccomend using the app to order. You just walk in and pick up, no line to worry about, overall my favorite pizza place. You won't find a better combo of price and high quality...

The first time I went here the service was very good but the second time (today) it sucked. I noticed they were understaffed and I get it, it's a little stressful. I ordered three pizzas and was very specific with what went on each. I can't eat beef or pork so I always choose a turkey topping. I asked for turkey and they added italian meatball. When I told the guy who was working he said "oh" and took off the pork and then added more cheese to cover up the tiny parts left from the meatball. I told him there was still pork left over and he just nodded. I asked if I could start a new pizza and he just said "I got it all". Before I could say anything else they rung me up and I payed.
