Woody’s Boba Drinks — Restaurant in Santa Maria

Nice and friendly with speedy service. Just recently started going and so far I haven’t had a thing to complain about, and I am a Brown Karen more than some of the time. Their smoothies are very affordable and you kinda gwt more than what you pay for, in my experience so far. One of the few places in SM that knows how to make the bobas … I’ll rate it a 3.5 and that’s a decent rating for SM , I’ve had 1-2 star bobas …. The other item I tried was the sub, I was under the impression that it’s a quick bite to eat , and boy oh boy , it’s that and a bit more… a quick bite to me would be a “dollar menue “ item something to hold me off, and it was tha and much more . It came stuffed and the sub was about 2/3 of a sandwich lunch bag (brown bag) at $6.50 ! Do show your support, they won’t...

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! To start off, the customer service is horrible! The guy that was working there didn't understand our orders and got it all wrong! And that is besides the point that he was very rude and sounded like he didn't want us there, he sounded annoyed. Second, we went to big 5 and rite aid in the time that it took to get our ten dollar drinks. Third, the drinks were horrible, we got two drinks and both of them were discussting! We ordered a green tea with no milk, and it came back SUPER GRITTY! It tasted like sand, way to much matcha.. Then the second drink we got was JUST VANILLA with boba and the vanilla drink was bitter! And the boba was not like regular bob, it disintegrated in my mouth. Lastly, the price it was ten dollars for 2 medium drinks... What a waste...

Went there on Saturday, first thing I did was ask the cashier if they had avocado for a smoothie. Which he replied very confident YES. Ordered it plus a strawberry mango. 35 minutes later they call me to tell me they don’t have avocado. she asked if I wanted a refund or another drink. I asked for a refund. Expecting I was getting a refund for the avocado only. Since I had ordered a strawberry smoothie too. She gives me the money for the whole order and no smoothies. NOT EVEN THE ONE THEY DID HAVE. NO APOLOGIES WHATSOEVER! I was confused and asked for info on the second smoothie. Which he replied.. “She refunded you for the whole order” So now I have to walk out of there with almost 40 minutes wasted and no drinks. TERRIBLE experience and definitely WILL NOT...
