My office ordered lunch from here today, and both the food and their customer service is outstanding! I have the Orange chicken lunch special and it comes with an egg roll, soup AND a huge portion of fried rice! It is delicious but not too greasy as a lot of American Chinese food is. It is a great value for the price and will be part of my dinner as well! There was a communication error and the Pot Stickers I ordered were not rung up. When I called about it I didn't fully understand that I wasn't being charged for it and was grumpy (hangry) for a moment on the phone trying to understand. They promptly brought the order of pot stickers, free of charge. That was an incredibly courteous thing to do, especially when I certainly did not deserve it. Read moreHaven’t been there since they had the buffet, decided to stop by and order to go, I ask to see of they had the menu with pictures, they hand me over 2 albums with food dishes. I choose Kung Pao Chicken (to be safe) Pictures show the normal KP with Zucchini, Bell Peppers, onions, Chilies and peanuts, when I got home and about to serve the KP Chicken side was chicken, water chestnuts, Celery and chilies… was never told by the person that took my order that the KP Chicken was completely different , Call to ask if I got the wrong order and they said that no that is their KP Chicken, told them about the menu pictures he said those are like 10 years old…. Wanted me to bring back the food so i can get my refund… i was not going to waste gas money, I ask if I can get credit they said yes to only offer $6. Will not recommend...
Read moreI went with my kids worst experience ever. As soon as we walked in the waiter was hesitant to help. He then asked if my kids were going to be quiet and not yell and scream. He moved two customers he had to another table and then apologized to other customers ahead of time for my kids being there. Mind you we were walking in had not even sat down and my kids had not even spoke a single word! I got up and left because he was discriminating my kids. Like who does that? I had to explain to my kids we couldn’t eat there because some people can’t act like adults and treat EVERYONE fair! They act like they are running some high end dining restaurant when in reality they run a business with wood boards nailed into the door...
