I love this coffee. And the people here are seriously some of the best in the company. SO sweet.
But I am so sick of driving all the way here to find them closed. And they apparently can’t be bothered to update their hours online so we know.
I get it, when they opened, they adjusted their hours a bit earlier (still didn’t adjust online for a while, so I wasted trips then). But now they’ve been closing at 5 for weeks, Googles still says 5, and at 3:29, doors are locked and chairs are already up. They probably closed at 3. So frustrating. What a waste of time. Will consider updating this if they ever bother to update their hours and stop changing this. Just not right to waste people’s time. We’re just trying to get a good coffee and will look up your hours. Do your customers who are willing to pay for it the courtesy of not wasting their...
Read moreBeen a couple times now, sadly everything I've had has been a big disappointment. $15 "ok" burritos that are a fraction of the size of any self respecting Mexican restaurant/to-go joint, and not nearly as tasty. A breakfast sandwich that is really an egg McMuffin (good concept in theory) in sheep's clothing, but also 3-4x as expensive without any tangible reason why (unlike Tartine/Gjusta which justify their prices).
The coffee is "ok" but again, $4.5 for drip from an ~$18 12oz bag is a pretty lousy value proposition. The espresso drinks are also fine, but Primo Passo down the street gets my vote in that department.
The staff has always been friendly, and the interior vibe is pretty respectable, but it's just not the sort of place I can recommend given the value...

Limited free parking on the lot. Metered parking on the street. Bar stools only, unless you find a banquet seating where you have back support.
I ordered the Protein Brekkie( $15) which took a long time to arrive but it was tasty, except I wanted some salt and pepper and this took time for the staff to get. I understand why. The place was busy.
I might return to try a burrito or sandwich and sit outside, but for now, I think they need more staff and training for efficient service and to lower the sound music system. I'm glad...
