Was there yesterday. Great staff, could not have been more helpful and friendly for years. They always recognise you and are so nice and friendly. One problem, they have changed how they make the food. You cannot go to this location expecting what you have had and loved at other Johnny Rockets. A burger, different lettuce, a leaf of romaine, menu says pickles no pickles. When you ask for pickles it was if it was not a ordinary request. The hamburger bun is not a hamburger bun. It's more like a roll/bagel You ask for onion rings which they charge $4.00 for and I got 5 small onion rings, would fit in the palm of your hand. $15.00 plus tip for one person. Big disappointment. Johnny Rockets rocks, best burgers around. Unfortunately this location has changed things and not for the better (is this supposed to happen when you use the brand Johnny Rockets?). If they stay open it is only due to the foot traffic of the 3rd Street Promanade/Santa Monica. I am not going back, The Johnny Rockets on La Cienega is true to the original recipe. Like coca cola is to its secret recipe. This location should...
Read moreI Just Received Excellent Service From Alfa And Glenn!!!
I was very much Overly Impressed by the Top Class, Wonderful Service that I recently received just the other day back on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at the Johnny Rockets location at the 3rd Street Promenade in beautiful Santa Monica, California.
During my visit, I had the Rocket Double with Mushrooms and a Fried Egg on Top Of It which made it Very Heavy Indeed, but Delightful!
I also enjoyed their Great Tasting French Fries, along with their Twix Caramel Milkshake!
What a Treat!
I want to just personally Thank Alfa and Glenn for Treating Me Right as their Johnny Rockets Loyal Customer and more than Highly Recommend Them and Their Location to anyone seeking out Great Tasting Burgers, Shakes, along with Number One Johnny Rockets Customer Service!
Sincerely yours,
Howard Paul Shore Loyal And Happy Johnny Rockets...
Read moreHorrible experience. Will never return. My teenage daughter and her friend decided to stop here for a meal. They sat there for about 45 min before finally asking a waiter for a menu. They ordered their food. My daughter got chicken tenders. She had ate about one and a half before realizing there was a dead BUG in her tender. COOKED into her tender. She brought it to her waiters attention and the waiter was very dismissive. She claimed “oh it must’ve just landed there.” Uh and died?! They did not offer her any compensation nor fresh food. Needless to say they were disgusted after that and did not finish their meal. Despite the waiters nonchalant attitude and dismissive behavior they still even left her a tip. Maybe if they weren’t kids they would have been treated better? They also noticed mice traps in the bathroom. Unsanitary. Eat at...
