The service at this place is terrible. First, I was waiting at the counter to order for 5 minutes before an employee came and rudely told me that we had to order at the kiosk which was not visible as well as having no sign saying to order at the kiosk. Second, it took a good 20 minutes just to receive my order of a sundae and an ice cream cone when we were the only ones in the place. When I tried confronting a worker about the wait they impolitely told me I had to understand that there were people that came before me when once again we were the only ones in the shop. The employees are careless, ill-mannered, and...

Long line of people. They give out samples. Ice cream was really good and what I consider cheap. I got the double scoop of vanilla and strawberry with a complimentary topping of graham crackers (which they barely gave any of). My girlfriend got the chocolate and cookie butter which she also thoroughly enjoyed. It is a lot of ice cream so I recommend sharing if you can.
