Bianchini’s Deli is one of those rare places that instantly makes you feel at home. Tucked into the rhythm of a busy neighborhood, it offers a peaceful, welcoming refuge and a seriously unforgettable meal.
From the moment you walk in, it’s clear this place is built on pride and passion. The menu is extensive, but it’s the attention to detail that really stands out. Every sandwich feels like it was made just for you; carefully crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a level of care that’s hard to come by. The salad bar is equally impressive, offering tons of customization for anyone craving something a little lighter but just as flavorful.
The vibe? Friendly, clean, and incredibly well-kept. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about the food they serve and the experience they offer. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back! Not just for the food, but for the feeling it leaves you with.

Read moreI've eaten at many sandwich places in the Bay Area and Bianchini's is by far my favorite. Their sandwiches don't all use proprietary secret sauce like Ike's dirty sauce which, while heavenly on first consumption, eventually becomes tired and tends to make even very different sandwiches conform to a similar taste palette. The sandwiches taste fresh in a way that hard to qualify, and I never get tired of them. I must have ordered their number 1 a few dozen times and I still want more of it. I've only ordered a salad once, a chicken avocado salad with fruits and some kind of berry dressing, and that too was fantastic. Staff are friendly. I really can't recommend this...

The price is a bit high, but if you think about what you're getting it's not too far off of the mark. The sandwiches are also good, but they don't shine quite as much as their salads do.
The service is slightly hit or miss, but generally not too bad, and the place is generally clean.
How busy it is, is really going to depend on when you go. If you're there outside of normal working folks' lunch hours, you can expect to order immediately and wait less than 10 minutes for your food, if you're there during the lunch rush ... good luck, it can be 30-45 from when you walk in the door to when you walk out with food, making it a viable option only for folks that eat fast AND work nearby AND have a...
