Burger King — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

I order the same thing four days a week and that is a number nine no lettuce add cheese, small fry, large Coke to buffalo dip and two ranch tips but when the older Hispanic lady is working and I get to the window, I have to ask her every time for my dips and she seems to think she needs to remind me every time that it costs for those and I tell her every time I order that the speaker I am regular and this highly frustrates me get it together the rest of the staff that already knows my order as soon as I say no cheese, add lettuce thank you...

This was my first visit to this location and I know I will not be returning. It was like the employees were so busy back there with drive through that they don't even make eye contact with you.. I get it and I understand.... until I began eating my meal. It appeared literally thrown together and tasted like it was a mistake from earlier shifts. I did not have it my way, Burger King! If I was the owner of that location, I'd be so angry and embarrassed by what my employees were...

02/19/23 7:21pm transaction I ordered a burger and decided to add soft serve as I give my payment and the guy that work there at the drive thru reacted very unhappy and acted like a child that I added an order! I overheard him telling his co worker about it. I don't know what's his deal but i think his manager needs to talk to him to atleast not to show his bad attitude to the customers. I've never seen someone acted that way before, i was so surprised. There was no customer behind...
