The service is minimal at best. I've been in the Drive-Thru ordering a burrito specifically ask the Barista if they have Sriracha they say they do I say okay I'll take the burrito. I pull forward to the window I pay for my order and I ask again is there sriracha in my bag I'm assured yes there is sriracha in your bag okay thank you. I go home. No Sriracha in my bag. It's the most convenient location for Starbucks for me so I Go Again knowing the service will be subpar at best. I order multiple sandwiches I don't see any grilled cheese available so I asked if they have any more I'm assured they do not. The drive through person asks my server if they have an item my server opens the refrigerator and I see the grilled cheese I was just assured they did not have. I asked for the grilled cheese and I pay them and now I'm allowed to be a customer because they're not withholding product. I just went back again I got my basic order but I didn't see the ham and swiss sandwich I wanted so I asked will you check and see she said yes and no we do not. I pay for my order and I asked for a bag. She sets the bag on top of my food so I asked her did she expect me to put my purchase in the bag for myself? She says she doesn't want to assume I want her to do it for me. So I say but you assume I want to do your job for you? Great...
Read moreI'm absolutely appalled at how filthy this place was. I came in on a Sunday morning and the case was empty of food. I assumed they didn't have any breakfast items available. The only thing in, around, and on the glass case was filthy muck. Like someone wiped the glass with dirty mop water. There was actual garbage on top of it and on the counters. The floors were dirty as was every table in the place. The tiles along the bottom of the counter were splashed with brown muck. Peeking at the work area there was garbage and stuff everywhere. Back to the glass case: I asked if they had breakfast and the person looked over and said, "Huh, I wonder why that's empty? Yes, we have food." Probably should've foregone getting food from this place. Can't account for the safe, clean handling of anything. I've never seen a Starbucks like this. Gross. Please get...
Read moreSo Im a former Starbucks employee so I know how we “used” to treat customers.Today we went through the Drive Thru after waiting in line, and ordering a mocha, I got a sugar free vanilla latte ( not what I ordered) We went back through the line again only to get a mocha in a cup with what appeared to be lipstick on it. My husband brought it inside ( I might add we both have cancer and why we use the drive-up) Anyway, he told the Store Mgr what happened, only to be laughed at, but we did get a new mocha! No apologies and no refund! Called Customer Service and got a refund and a promise that the DM would handle the situation.
