Over the top ridiculous "policies" and hypocrisy. I am 100% for maintaining social distancing and wearing masks but the enforcement and customer service of this place is a joke. After waiting for the party before us to get there ice cream before heading in, who by the way weren't even wearing their masks properly, I asked if I could try a flavor that i've never had before. I was told I can not try anything in the store, so I suggested to try it outside to maintain social distancing and not have to take my mask off in the store, and was told no again. Meanwhile during this brief conversation they had not one but two door dash drivers walk in and pick up orders, one again who wasn't even wearing a mask properly. If you're going to enforce made up safety rules to prevent taste testing you should at least enforce the county mandated ones....
Read moreUsed to love coming here as a child, but now its a drag to come here. Waited in line for 30 minutes. Observed the employees and customers. Both were grumpy, including myself. This place is too busy and there aren't enough employees. You can immediately feel the bad vibe when walking into the store. When customers order their ice cream, they are given the death stare by the employees. My milkshake was super runny, not creamy like advertised. Once a customer got their ice cream they had to wait at the register for another 5 minutes while their ice cream melts (literally happened to every customer). I waited at the register for 5 minutes to pay.

She was rolling her eyes when I didn't know the cup size for a milkshake. Now more than ever its hard to read people's body language with a mask on, so with her rolling her eyes and not having basic customer service skills like just being friendly, really was disturbing. I won't ever come back. I'll go to the coldstone in rohnert park or baskin robbins.
