Starbucks — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

Food: Ok Service: Girl at register immediately responded she couldn’t make one of your advertised drinks hot, that they could only make it old and asked if I wanted a “Latte” instead. I told her I had just gotten that same exact drink hot at two other Starbucks with no issues. She replied they normally don’t make it hot but she would still make it. Something to do with the “ice”. No reason to go back and forth, no willingness to help and or satisfy your customer. The guy making the drinks was slammed with DoorDash orders, it took me almost 15 minutes to get my drink and there were only about 2 other people present in store waiting for drinks as drivers kept showing up to...

If I go to Starbucks I usually order things that are purposefully quick (i.e. black coffee and an unheated pastry), like literally something that can just be handed to me. $7 and 20 minutes later I get a coffee and a HOT pastry... Like bro I could've just gone to 7eleven and saved a couple bucks and time. Luckily their coffee has always been pretty good.

The guys are pretty decent and displays the ladies here are so uptight they don't even acknowledge you that's if you're just a number to them. I'd say a little bit odd and awkward at times. Oh well... there's nothing we can do we can change people. I'm changing my rating of this place and I've been going in there and they have really improved a lot so I'm changing my reading to four stars because they've been doing an outstanding job lately and I also think that is fair for people...
