Jamba — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

Jamba Juice is a luxury that proves to be somewhat expensive, so customer service and quality are extremely important. This is the first time I've ever been disappointed in both elements at a Jamba Juice. This location had rude employees who rushed me in an uncouthe manner despite me being one of two people in the store, the other had already ordered. This put me off, but I was still looking forward to my drinks I ordered. (A Peanut Butter Moo'd and Strawberry Swirl) They came out filling most of the cup and looking relatively acceptable, a good sign right? Wrong. Once I had left and began drinking them I realized how wrong I was. Both were extremely liquidy and watered down. How this happened I have no clue, but it was disappointing and now I am sad. I still like Jamba Juice, but this location was no bueno. Hope this was a rare happen...

First of all, I want to say the juice was good. I gave it a one star. Because I am pregnant and they did not allow me to use the restroom. It’s not like I did not go in purchasing anything. I went in I purchased, then I needed to use the restroom. I asked him if I may please use the restroom. They said it’s only for employees only that I can go to Safeway to use the restroom. They have two restrooms there. They could have one for employees and one for customers. I understand due to Covid things have changed. What is not OK I am a paying customer. And I’m pregnant. Well I go to this Jamba Juice again. No. I will find another one if...

Waited SOOO long for our smoothies and they forgot one $18 later (2ppl) but treated us as if they were doing us a favor. I ordered a Watermelon Warrior, (...🤔 watermelon something 🍉) the Summer special and they were out of the pineapple, which was the main and pretty much only real fruit in the drink🍍🍉🍍🍉🍍so I subbed blueberries. Overall a poor experience, over priced, terribly long (25 min) wait time, and we got treated badly on top of it. GO TO VITALITY BOWLS! Literally just down Mendo!
