McDonald's — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

My husband and I had gone through the drive-thru and ordered two free hot waters. After waiting 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru line, we were told that we had to go back through the drive-thru line again. When I told her we have been waiting for 25 minutes she said well, go in the lobby then. so I went in the lobby, confused as of why, when I went in there the manager meant me and said that I had to wait till the very end and be the very last customer to receive my Waters because they were free!I About fell over, could not believe this s*! I argued with her about this and she wouldn't budge and I could not believe after telling her that just because they were free, that I should not have to wait until last customer was served to get my items. Not only was I disappointed, and saddened at the discrimination, this chick, I mean this chick was downright rude! Until the day after free medium french fries Friday when you buy a meal. We decided we would go through that McDonald's drive-thru one more time! This time we asked for two small hot waters now they're charging because of that incident charging $0.40 for every hot water! So then I replied to The Host if we were to purchase two medium fries could we get two free small hot waters? The host replied that they can't give free hot water! They just lost a...

BEWARE! THEY SELL UNDERCOOKED MEAT! CHECK YOUR BURGER BEFORE EATING. I ordered a dbl qp and a couple bites through I discovered the meat was still pink. They also didn't get my toppings right. Management agreed and they made me a new sandwich. While that was going on the employees were cursing me out in spanish, which I speak. Naturally, the next burger was burnt and the toppings I added were missing completely as retaliation for me returning a raw, incorrect burger. I started speaking to the manager in spanish about how the purposeful mistreatment of customers is unacceptable. In spanish, I told them to go ahead and keep the replacement burger since they weren't interested in making safe and correct burgers and that they obviously can't tolerate their customers. It was either that or the employees cant read the order ticket. For $20/hr, this place has the worst employees who don't care if you get sick or pay extra to have a burger made to your liking...avoid this place at all costs unless those two things dont...

I had the worst experience ever. Breakfast order, i asked for #1. Simple enough right ? I thought so too ... But that was wrong ! My question next was 'What comes on the Sausage Biscuit with the Buy 1 get one for a $1 ? This poor broken english man went into a tizzy or something ? He completely erased my #1 order , Put in 2 - Sausage Biscuit Combos then i told him No. Well this went on 2 more times as i tried to explain. So i said just give me a #1 thats it with OJ ... I said nothing to him accept Thank You - I pay and go to Pick Up window. I get my stuff & then i ask the girl at the window 'The same question i asked earlier (Wow) She says Ahhhhhhhhhhh Hold on. Gets the Mgr. The Mgr Had NO IDEA what i was asking either ??? She yelled to the kitchen in spanish & No one replied ? After 2 Min of this i just drove off ? This is EXACTLY how i asked the question. {Excuse me, I have a question. What comes on the Sausage Biscuit special that is Buy 1 Get 2nd for a $1 ?" That was it ... WONT go back there for...
