McDonald's — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

I had a bad time with this location, bad for even fast food. So, I tried to take the survey on the receipt, and I get an error. I try to take the survey without the survey code, online form auto closes on me.

The long and short is, I paid for 2 double Hamburgers, and specified as I have done probably (at least!) a few hundred times in my life based on visiting fast food 2 or more times a week every week, every year, for 25 or more years now, that yes all I want is 2 double Hamburgers without cheese or onions. I do not want cheeseburgers. I want double Hamburgers. No cheese. The tag that printed in the kitchen was at least rung in correctly on the ticket, but alas, cheese. Why even have a ticket if you're just going to do whatever you want? I can't eat cheese. The ticket lists double hamburger no onions. Why is it a cheeseburger?

Do you expect me to drive back after I get home to wait for an order correction? No. It isn't my mistake and I won't be spending my time or gas to fix it.

I used to be a manager at a fast food restaurant. I know what it takes to do this job.

I can honestly say this location, and thus their management and training program, is garbage. I'm paying real food prices at this point, not classic affordable drive thru fast food prices, for my order to be wrong anyway.

Additionally I hate the drive thru and parking lot at this location. I recommend you, who reads this, to avoid this location...

Employees are extremely rude ALL the time. WiFi NEVER works.. And I always and I mean ALWAYS end up having to argue with whoever's working drive thru due to being allergic to American cheese, I have to ask for Swiss instead&they always end up charging me. Causing me to have to argue my point about being allergic and even have spoken with their manager whom authorized me to buy a cheeseburger with the other cheese due to being allergic to the one it comes with, in which I am paying for, mind you, hence the name CHEESEburger, YET still they insist I be charged for it even tho I already paid for it and it comes with cheese as well as can not controll what it I'd that I' am allergic to. It's crazy. The color of the cheese actually matters so much so that they'll make me pay almost a dollar more when the dam burger itself is a dollar.. Now that's just crazy. But more importantly the fact that they come at me with a major attitude as if I'm choosing to have an allergy to it or want to be difficult on purpose. I've even had an employee make a comment to a buddy saying "Man how come every time y'all come it's like this man?" Like I'm doing something wrong correcting THEIR mistake!!!! I HATE THID...

Reporting this store and manager Gloria and Stephanie for refusing to give ex employee W2 11 days before due date which means this store is illegally with holding her property that should of be haven to her or mailed to her by January 31 2022 instead it is April 4 2022 and this young adult still does not have her w2 so she can file her taxes . Corporate will be fined along with the owner of the franchise and both managers need to be fired due to the illegal activities that they are doing . I will be calling the IRS tomorrow and contacting California local news stations in Santa Rosa for a story to be done on this matter and will being contacting my lawyer friends in California to take her case on for free for a lawsuit on McDonald's corporate and...
