I was on the phone with an employee as the crew were ordering my food. My employee that I was online with ordered a chicken meal deal as we continue talking for a little over 10 minutes once the food was received he checked the food, surprisingly waiting on the rest of the crew that he was working with noticed that his food order was wrong. He proceeded back to the cashier and told her that the order was wrong. He had ordered a chicken meal bundle, and immediately the cashier was enraged and denied that he ordered something completely different. He asked her for a refund which she did all while being very upset and talking in a very rude and unprofessional manner refunded him his money when he then asked to order the correct meal she did so and while on the phone with me, he was laughing she then blurted out. I don’t think you’re funny at all. He politely told her he was not laughing. He was on a phone call and she said no you’re not you’re talking about me. You’re laughing at me it escalated and she was so upset. She called the police. The police came. He told them he had been on the phone with me showed them his phone. He had been on the phone for over 24 minutes they let him go and told him not to return which I don’t feel. That was the right thing to do however, I feel like the employee and the surrounding area has a lot of racial issues with minorities that come through. I later called back and found the cashier‘s name was Yolanda Soli or Salas I’m not sure the shift manager Brittney had given me the information and apologized for the behavior of the unprofessional cashier my advice to the owner, which is franchised Should really pay more attention to who is hired and if they’re having a bad day or they feel some type of way with minority people that come in to order food should not be part...
Read moreWARNING at all cost DO NOT GO HERE. Do not give them business!! It all began when waiting in the drive thru line for 25 minutes no line at all. We pulled up to the intercom and a young man spoke in a rude tone “it’ll be a few minutes”. So we wait for 15 minutes and then my fiancé ask “how much longer will it be”, again in a snarky voice the man says “a few minutes”. We wait again. Ten more minutes pass and the man says order when your ready. We place our orders. My fiancé ask for a slush, the man replies “no more slushes for tonight. I order a Carmel macchiato, the man replies, our machine isn’t working. He was rude throughout our entire order. Without warning no one is in the pay window so we pull up to the next. We pay and get our food. To our surprise they ask us to pull forward to wait for our fountain drinks. FOUNTAIN DRINKS!!!! At this point they were just playing with us. So we wait another TEN long minutes and are checking out are food. My Chile double burger was not cooked through. I refused to eat or drink any of my meal. My fiancé’s was fine but I don’t trust this McDonald’s. They give off really sketchy vibes and provide the worst customer service. It also seemed extremely unclean. I worked at a McDonald’s before so I know the ins and outs and this McDonald’s would never pass a health inspection. Their poor service was completely unwarranted. Please please stay clear of this nasty disgrace...
Read moreWe had 5 drinks with our order. The woman at the window put all five drinks in one tray at the drive thru window, when told we don’t want the tray because my mother (who was driving) couldn’t hold the weight of the tray, the woman said that it was policy for more than two drinks to be put in a tray. My mom tried to explain to her that her right shoulder was bad and has had surgery on it and to turn with that weight would be unstable and she would most likely spill it, the lady said that the tray was stable enough. She was asked to hand us the drinks (all while the woman had the drinks extended out to our car and my mom not being able to take all the weight) continued to tell us that it was policy and it didn’t matter. So I had to unbuckle, get up and reach across my mom to get the tray. Yes we had an attitude. After trying to explain to someone who works in customer service that someone is physically unable to hold that much weight and just having the drinks extended out to us and being told that it is “policy” is ridiculous. I also have a bad shoulder but I have a rare syndrome that makes me unable to get surgery. It was obvious that we wouldn’t have been able to get our drinks otherwise. We have never had someone tell us this. It is clear that the woman is very ignorant of people with disabilities.
Just because you can’t see the disability doesn’t mean it...
