Peet's Coffee — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

Im a Peets FANATIC. Been drinking it for decades. Was introduced to it from my mom long ago.. growing up in the Bay Area! I buy there beans. . Been to many up and down the state of California! Boston! Anywhere I can find it I go! an OG to PEETS! Sooo when I was driving down from ukiah to LA. Thought I’d stop of course and get my Peets. Was excited! Welp. Made the mistake of going out of my way to this one!! Customer service was no bueno. They only had major Dickinson. Which I do not like. I pretty much would take anything dark roasted.. but nope. They could not accommodate. Only two huge large crafts if that one. No poor over . No problem solving. No ideas for customer service. So on to the next Peets. To get a dark cup of coffee. Pure black coffee which I love from Peets! If you’re a local it’s super cute but if you’re a Peets person. I’d pick another one! Not the service I know and love. Driving to the next Peets! ( they did say because of corporate they couldn’t do a pour over. Which is super unfortunate) Peets please upgrade to the service I know and love! Might just...

What a crock! I stopped in here by a fluke a few weeks ago, unfortunately. The "manager" (sister of district manager, if that didn't surprise anyone that she is graced a superior role ) happens to be one of my neighbors who is completely out of line. This and other members of her household are filled with judgement & decided to go into cahoots with another neighbor and film, mock, harass, follow, slander and watch everything I say or do. She happens to work here, I found out this fine morning. I maintained my composure as the MANAGER aka neighbor, whispered in another employes ear and is blatantly pointing at me as turned to see the eyes burning holes in my head. I couldn't believe it (or could I) So I waved and smiled at the girl all I said is " Hi, It's me-yes I am her" talk about UNCOMFORTABLE...AWKWARD! Food for thought, just because you're the sister of a higher up in the company doesn't mean you automatically deserve because there's no Authority when you clearly...

My best friend and I had the privilege of attending RFD's Christmas party! We flew out from Atlanta, GA. Peet's coffee was recommended by RFD! Best coffee in Sonoma and a bargaining tool!! We were heading back to the Hyatt and there was a very distraught man in the road. He started hollering at us, banging on the hood, and ranting at us. We were terrified! Megan took a sip of her coffee and his tone changed! He became happy and said is that Peet's coffee! He stopped banging on the jeep and was over at Megs window. He tried to trade his puppy for her coffee. If we knew how to get puppy and save our coffee we would have! Thankfully a gentleman in a silver Honda pulled up, rolled his window down, and distracted the Peet's coffee lover! He allowed us to get by the man. He was so kind and gave us a thumbs up at the next red-light to make sure we were okay! Should we make it back to Sonoma we shall keep Peet's coffee on hand for our consumption and to hand to crazy Peet's...
