Never had an issue with this location, so I'm hoping this is an out of the ordinary service night. We ordered through drive through. Basic confusion on what we did and didn't want on burgers. Pulled up to window and tried explaining order was still wrong and with confidence the employee said they have now fixed it and it's now all good.
We got our sodas from the second window and then were asked to pull around the corner. We pulled around the corner right up to the sign that says "Pick Up Here Drive Thru Pick Up". We noticed on the receipt our order was still messed up. My wife went in to correct the order again now a third time. She came back out and we waited for about 20 minutes.....trying to be patient assuming that maybe it was a busy night. Two vehicles that came after us were then served. I asked the employee for a status of our order and he went back in to go check.
He came back out with our order minus the McFlurry. When he dropped off the food he said the lady inside said she had brought it out already and we weren't there. We'd been parked in the same spot the entire time we said. "Well, that's what the lady said inside." No, I'm sorry for that, did we get everything you needed, can I do anything else for you, thanks for your patience.....no.
He finally came out with the McFlurry and the total elapsed time was 35 minutes on site from order to getting the order.
A side note...my sister also was in the drive through and had an issue with here order. She ordered two Sundaes and was given two Oreo mcflurries. Instead of an apology or no worries we'll take care of that for you, they got the manager stating "I heard what you said for your order and you said Oreo McFlurries". What just happened....who taught this person hospitality management. It was understood then why maybe the orders and the mess ups were happening. My sister had to also go inside and get a Happy Meal they didn't get and when she went in the people in the line and the people waiting were ticked off with wait time and messed up orders. Manager on Thursday Nights may need some training on...
Read moreAdding to this review on 5-7-2024: Management here is the worse. They don’t care about their customers or employees. I met the sweetest employee today when my kid wanted to go in and get something. So I figured going in and ordering might yield a different experience. She was polite and friendly and helpful. While waiting for our food she told me she is autistic and struggling to fit in there but really wants to work and loves meeting people. She said they treat her badly because of her disability. I witnessed this first hand when the manager was handing her a tray to take to a customer and started going off about her socks showing and that she can’t wear them because of the color (grey) and she tried explaining that she has to wear certain socks and the manager told her she don’t care about her “stupid disability”. This sweet girl held it together long enough to take the customer their food and then she ran off crying. This manager had the nerve to laugh along with several other employees during this incident. One of which said employees was in sweat pants and bright blue socks. I wish that I could have found her and told her what an awesome person she is and let her know that she matters in this world and the opinions of her management and coworkers do not define her!
If I could give a zero I would. They don’t even deserve 1 star!! This isn’t the first time I had an issue. They refused to give me everything on my online order reciept because it didn’t match theirs. Fries were old and stale. Sandwiches were messed up. Asked for plain McDouble and got it regular. Got 3 of the new Cajun chicken sandwiches for me and my kids and the chicken was dry and stale and there was a tiny dot of sauce on it. Couldn’t even tell what the sauce flavor was negate there was so little. This place is being...
Read moreEntering the parking lot is “HORRIBLE” due to incorrect cement curbing length/width! The cement curbing turning into the parking lot was NOT installed with adequate length and the cement curbing was poured incorrectly as far as the length. This makes it impossible for any vehicle larger than a tiny car such as; SUV’s or trucks from turning into the drive up window west entrance lanes without causing vehicle damage, or having to back-up in the middle of the road (unsafe for any other vehicles) around you. The curbing along with a huge rock was not measured or placed correctly.
@mcdonalds Company needs to fix this ASAP or have the original contractor return and install correctly placed cement curbside on the northwest corner. I’ve literally watched 20+ vehicles drive over the cement curb and/or back-up nearly crashing into other vehicles just trying to enter McDonald’s. Idk how this final inspection passed city/county code. This issue is definitely a “lawsuit” waiting to happen due to inadequate length of curbing damaging vehicles everyday.
Also, there is NO McDonald’s light-up sign installed for passing vehicles to know there’s a McDonald’s located 100 yards from I-15 freeway exit.Thousands of vehicles every day are passing by on I-15 freeway having no idea there’s a McDonald’s located off the freeway exit because the location is NOT visible from the freeway.
These two major issues need be fixed ASAP! The staff is on Saturday & Sunday mornings are soooo slow, the food just average and breakfast hours are horrible too (24 hour breakfast menu needs to be returned), but the above two main issues need to be fixed or people will definitely drive 4 miles north to Payson McDonald’s where none of these...
