Great drinks, but I strongly recommend quality control on customer service. I’ve been rudely treated here. I asked to tweak my drink 2x because I wasn’t sure the worker heard me and the cashier said, “I already heard you”. When I went back to ask for boba in my drink, I was told, “you didn’t order any”. I asked if it was possible to add it in and said I was willing to pay an extra charge. I was ignored without a response while begrudgingly given a container with boba in it. I respectfully said, “thank you” and received no response. I want to recommend this place to others, but would never want my friends treated like I was here. If management could please train their workers in basic manners and customer service I would gladly return. As a person who works in customer service, I know that I should never give off the impression that I hate my job much less the impression that I have something against a customer. I felt both. Visited on a Thursday at 12:30 PM and had a disappointing experience. With three orders ahead, it took 31 minutes to receive two drinks. The employee managing the register and drink preparation was clearly working hard, but seemed overwhelmed. After 20 minutes, another staff member appeared but did not assist, instead observing and using their phone. No updates, explanations, or apologies were provided for the delay, which was frustrating as I had kids waiting. I sent a private message with this feedback five days ago and received no response. The drinks were excellent, but the long wait and lack of teamwork or communication make me hesitant to return. Additional staff during busy periods would greatly improve...

Zen Vibe, Gracious Service, Delicious Boba. A Trifecta of goodness. I didn't want something as caffeinated as coffee so decided to try Daboba. There were so many delicious looking choices it was hard to decide. One of the other customers told me the Brown Sugar milk tea was like drinking creme brulee. She was right, they even torch the top of the drink to give it a crisp slightly burnt sugar flavor that pairs really well with the drink.
