Our meal was eh at best. We had a giant pepperoni pizza that was good but the crusts are significantly thinner than they used to be even just a few years ago. We tried several of their hot sandwiches this time as well. The philly cheesesteak, the meatball and the Italian sausage. The sandwiches were all just an overall disappoinment. The menu in the online system didn't list the ingredients in each sandwich which was frustrating. It makes ordering difficult for people with food sensitivities. We just went ahead and added that info to the "notes" section but it wasn't observed so in the end we had to wait for a new sandwich to be made. The Italian sausage was incredibly bland. No seasonings in it at all. The marinara was lacking in flavor too. The amount of time to make the food was ridiculously long, especially when you add in the second trip we had to make to pick up a corrected sandwich. All in all it took 2 hours from the time we ordered until we had all the correct food at our house and we live less than a mile away. I'm not going to say we'll never order from them again but it definitely won't be any time soon and only for pizza...
Read moreMy youngest son loves this place. He is a very picky eater, even when it comes to pizza, so we eat here once a week and get our usual, a 20" pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple. Always fresh and I have never had a bad pizza come from here in two years, that about 150 pizzas ,so that is pretty darn good. We went in one time and they were out of sausage for the pizza, they said it would a few extra minutes, and I saw the person I belive to be one of the owners actually pan cook the sausage to have it ready when my pizza came out and added a lot of extra sausage onto the pizza, he could have just said they ran out (it was a busy Friday night) and I would have understood but instead they went out of their way to cook the sausage, not everybody would do that. That is one of the reasons we will...
Read moreOrdered spaghetti and meatballs and their fish and shrimp combo. Fish and shrimp was WAY overcooked and smelled bad. Every shrimp still had its waste vein. Fish was inedible. Fries were so soggy my son wouldn't even eat one. The spaghetti was mush and the meatballs were cold. Sauce was really tasty on the rock hard cold garlic bread. No condiments or utensils even though all were requested. Called store and spoke with staff. The gentleman responded with "we got busy" did not apologize or offer a fix. He did say that the fish is always like that and why would we clean the shrimp. He continued with just microwave the spaghetti it's not always hot. Too many choices in Santee to EVER...
