I've spent a great deal of time (and money) at this Starbucks location. I'm pretty easy going when it comes to my drink (iced coffee or espresso, no classic syrup). My husband gets an iced coffee with light breve and syrup. Somehow these drinks are too difficult to be made, on more than one occasion. There's nothing worse than specifically requesting NO classic and getting a surprise mouthful of sugary sweet and disgusting syrup. I've never called when I get a drink made wrong once or twice, but after multiple wrongly made drinks I called in. I've now had to call twice due to extreme dissatisfaction and we have been going to this location less and less. I'd rather drive across town to have my drink made correctly. I decided to go to this location today and get my coffee. Seemed okay (no classic syrup, hooray!) until my husband ingested a mouth full of grounds. I looked at the bottom of my cup and sure enough, it is full of grounds as well. Nothing like a morning of straining your $5 coffee. Maybe She wants to go dating or maybe that attitude it will be changing so if you are famous they will welcome you and give you the best service. or if you are from different planets you will be service you a different way.. I give them four star that's for Starbucks company because they are awesome they make all these delicious . 1 * it's for the Way employees acting with a custome . the way they supposed to treat customer it's like for example you are fishing by the river and you catch a big fish you will be really exciting .that's how they supposed to do with you.. we live in a country we get lot of stressed we like someone to treat us like a baby so you will take that stressed away I hope everyone can understand the way I feel ..but I will recommend Starbucks...
Read moreMe and my family recently went to this location which we always do but today we just grabbed the drinks and left, upon handing out the drinks to each kid, one of my baby’s said he had hurt himself, I was worried since I was the one driving I parked at the sprouts and went back to check on the situation, the mouth piece of the refresher was missing and it had sharp ridges , this explaining the scream from earlier, I’ve worked at many places and the thing here is the fact that when working drive through or even front of the store you look at what you are giving out, the lid was faulty and god forbid the loose piece of plastic gets stuck to my child’s throat all to a team member not looking , it’s not even something that can be overlooked since you must use your eyes and hands to place the lid on the cups !
