From the moment I stepped into Jack in the Box, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and welcoming, all thanks to Anthony and his incredible team. It's not every day you encounter a fast-food restaurant that makes you feel like part of the family, but that's exactly what happened here.
Let's talk about the food because, oh, what a feast it was! The Egg Rolls, a personal favorite of mine, were nothing short of perfection - hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. It's rare to find Egg Rolls that hit the mark on all accounts, but Anthony and his team managed it with what seemed like effortless grace.
As for my family, they couldn't stop raving about the juicy Chicken Tenders. Each bite was a juicy delight, leaving us all wanting more. But the culinary excellence didn't stop there. The Curly Fries were a crispy, golden treat - the kind of fries you dream about long after you've finished eating. And the fresh salad? It was the cherry on top of a delicious meal, offering a crisp and refreshing counterpoint to the savory delights.
Now, let's talk sauces. Picking a favorite was impossible because, as we joked at the table, the best sauce was ALL OF THEM. Each one added a unique and tantalizing layer of flavor to our meal, making every bite an adventure.
But what truly set our experience apart was the outstanding customer service. Anthony and his team are the embodiment of old-school values when it comes to treating customers. From the warm greeting I received upon entering to the friendly checkout, every interaction was a reminder of how customer service should be.
Ultimately, Anthony and the amazing team at Jack in the Box, thank you for a dining experience that went above and beyond. Your dedication to quality food and exceptional service has not gone unnoticed. Keep up the great work, and rest assured, I will be seeing you soon for another round of delicious meals and...
Read moreHonestly, this location is usually good in the afternoons but this time, I don't know what's going on with their staffing but the quality has gone down immensely from previous experiences. Usually there hasn't been much of an issue except them forgetting an item for my meal. Today I ordered a jumbo jack combo with fries and a drink. I ordered the unsweetened iced tea as usual and never had issues with it till now. When I was drinking from the straw a dark grey piece of film went through the straw and I had to pick it out of my mouth. It's not part of the tea and it didn't dissolve. It was weird and never had this issue before, maybe it was a dirty cup inside and someone dropped something in it by accident not sure. After plucking it out of my mouth I went inside to tell them what happened and asking for a new cup. They didn't believe me and I tried telling them again what happened and they just looked at me in confusion. I told them that it was in the drink. They didn't know what to do so I told them to get a new cup for me. The guy working as the cashier said he made sure he looked at it this time. I just wish they paid more attention to detail and are not sloppy when it comes to cleaning or cooking or moving stuff back there. Another thing besides this is that my burger was cold, not even warm. My fries were cold not warm either and was sloppily made. It almost looked like a naked burger, didn't look anything like the picture on the menu. Please hire staff who actually care...
Read moreHad a very large sign in the drive thru next to the menu stating that they accept EBT. Get to the window and hand cashier my EBT card. After a few minutes cashier states he can't accept EBT. My response was then why do you have a sign stating that EBT is accepted if it's not? Of course he blames the machine. I suggested using the register up front instead. I swear you'd think I'd just invented the concept since cashier seemed perplexed. After all that BS cashier tells me that the card was declined due to no money available. I know for a fact that there was over $35 on it. I called to verified when I got home and wow what a shock... I had $36.51 available on my card. Luckily I had some money so I paid cash for my order that came to $10.36. Usually don't have cash on hand. I was very unhappy with the all around service and the excuses from the employees was ridiculous. I've been in the food/restaurant industry for over 30 years and it's a major pet peeve of mine when employees are rude and make excuses instead of taking responsibility. You should know all aspects of the job assigned, all around knowledge of how everything works and how to fix or override it so it's usable. I personally will go out of my way to avoid that establishment and...
