On March 24th 2024 at 7PM, my daughter and I arrived to pick up my husband from the Sarasota Fl airport. We arrived a little early and decided to go upstairs to get coffee at the Dunkin’ Donuts. When approaching the register, we noticed the gentleman not making eye contact or asking how could he help us. He was on autopilot. I asked him how was his day and he responded… “okay”looking down. I proceeded by ordering two coffees with cream. As he was preparing our coffee I asked him what time does he get off. He replied, I’m supposed to get off at 8 o’clock and I hope my replacement arrives because I am so sick with the stomach bug and throwing up. I asked wow and here you are working and making our coffee. I asked him why was he not at home and he responded sadly saying… “because management doesn’t care,” even if you have Covid or vomiting they want you here.
With that said, I’m putting this public because whoever this Manger is, the one star and review is for you, not for the gentleman that was pushing through his shift sick. Corporate if you are seeing this, you either need to send this manager back to leadership training or fire them. Everything rises and falls on you dear Manager at the end of the day. I could be upset that he made my coffee sick and how I wasted $10 dollars but I’m upset at the person that made him come in sick. I walked away, we both threw our coffee in the trash and went to the bathroom and washed our hands.

She is always rude, has a bad attitude with clients, and never ever smiles. Today we ask for 2 lattes: one hot and the other less hot, when pick up the lattes my cousin asked which one is the less hot she said "both are the same". Si she gave us two cold lattes. While ordering and looking at the breakfast menu, she said, "Just coffee and donuts; breakfast will take a lot." I asked when would be ready... "she said I don't know but a lot." it was 6.45am. I didn't see any specific hours for the breakfast. It is the most disgusting attitude in the customer service counter I've ever seen. It seems like she doesn't like anyone bothering her with orders of coffee. She tells the people to go after the security gate kiosk better. Read moreWe were serving in disaster service and I had gone to get donuts and muffins for the team. There were few places open. I ended up at Dunkin frozen donuts shop. Not ever my favorite. The young girl behind the counter seemed overwhelmed that I had ordered so many donuts. I ask to have all of the muffins and when she pulled the tray off the rack it fell on the floor. It went downhill from there. I order almost $100.00 worth of donuts and the remaining muffins and handed her 2 $50 bills. She stated rhat she wasn’t able to accept $50 bills.
