I am extremely disappointed in our stay, I wouldn’t even give you one star if it wasn’t for the fact that I had to in order to leave a comment, Guy at the desk was very nice & very helpful , we got to the room and the room was nice! Therefore we expected a decent stay, there was five of us all together me,my husband & I were three children, we were booked from a Friday to a Sunday, yes me & my husband are smokers, however we do not smoke inside or in our vehicles or anywhere near our children, therefore we were not going to rent a smoking room, that being said after settling into the room me & my husband set the kids up with TV & stopped right outside the room & into the parking lot to smoke a cigarette, where a cleaning lady proceeded to make her way to us & very rudely tell us that we were not in a smoking room.... we told her we knew that but that we were not in the room, where she proceeded to tell us that if we wanted to smoke we needed to walk completely across the parking lot and away from the rooms even though the door was shut!! However we were very nice & we apologize & moved, but for the rest of our stay I swear the same lady gave us dirty luxe which I’m sorry is not how you are supposed to run a business!!! Especially when there was an older gentleman smoking a cigar right outside his room right next to us but when the same lady passed by him she did not say a word!!!? On top of that I killed about three large roaches in our room!!! But once again we built our but once again we bit our lip, & I probably would have continued to bite my lip until we left & got started home & my husband looks over at me and tells me that they have charged us an extra $50 .... we have called more than one time now & everyone we talk to tells us we need to talk to a manager & tells us when they’re going to be there but so far when we call on those times we still don’t get a manager and still don’t have an exclamation as to why we are being charged more!!!! I would not recommend this stay to anyone! & it disappoints me to haft to leave a review like this! My suggestion for y’all is to talk to your employees on business my suggestion for y’all is to talk to your employees on Business etiquette! She could have handle it a much different way & without the rudeness in her voice,much less the stalking afterwards on us & another woman who also agreed to step way out into the parking lot! 💥Update! My husband has still been trying to contact the manager who was supposed to have been there when he called , supposedly they left a message for who ever it is..& Now they are saying the extra $50 charged is because the maid “I’m guessing the same one who was quite rude to us” said that the kids had peed in the bed” that being said both of my children just slept in the bed had pull-ups on & the baby stayed in his play pen.... I also checked the bed both mornings after they woke up just to make sure, even though both of them are to the point that they get themselves up to go potty!!!”So you better hope when we finally do talk to someone which we will, that you even know which bed the children slept in!!! Oh & we also were told the other reason for the extra charge was because there was “trash in the bathroom“ UM OKAY!?!?! Yes both the trash cans have been placed in the corner of the bathroom & yes they both had trash in them! The only reason they at they were in there was to keep our baby out of them!!! So you are telling me that you CHARGED US TO TAKE OUR TRASH OUT!?! I plan to leave a bad review on a new site & call every day until this is fixed! & my money...

Decent motel on 41 by airport. Add $1.50 to whatever rate you find, Safe fee added at check-in. Easy in and out, has own left turn lane for southbound entry. I had a nice stay. Don't know why so many negative reviews. Rooms have been remodeled. First, it's an inexpensive motel. You know your room will have an odor, be clean, but not spic and span. There will be a light bulb out and something won't work. Breakfast will be minimal, but it's something to eat. Staff is probably all family. Be prepared. I bring febreez, lysol, my own pillows. House slippers and my own little cooler for ice. room was mostly clean. Ac and fridge and microwave all worked good. Bed and pillows fine. Ask for second floor, or you'll hear footsteps all night and in morning when everyone gets up, creaky wood floor upstairs. Also bright lights outside door come through drapes, room does not get dark at night. Breakfast was toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, granola bars, oatmeal, muffins, apples, banana, peanut butter, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Filling, and yes you must eat in your room. No seating, except table by pool and table on second floor. Staff was fine, check in easy I'd stay here again One of few motels to still offer smoking...

Omg! Beware -The Bagel Police! Treated so terribly by the indian male manager. Pre-paid for room for two and got yelled at and felt EXTREMELY intimidated to put back two pueces of bread and two teaspoons of peanut butter as I wanted to bring my guest up some breakfast. Was given a loud sharp and harsh tone DEMANDING me to tell my guest to get their own food! Treated like a criminal and when my roommate came down to get a bagel he yelled at her too and she told him "Sorry didn't know there was a one bagel limit" and when I wrnt to stay one extra day -the front desk denied me and would not rent to me as if we caused the biggest crume of the century stealing a bagel rhat I already paid for! No apology was issued and they went ahead and tried to steal the money off my card the sane night I was told to leave! Thankfully, the online app customer service calles the manager and said he needed to refund my money since I wasn't staying there and had to book dir another hotel 4 blocks away. Worst and MEANEST...
