Like most places these days, this place is a horrible experience. I decided to take my kids inside for once. I walked in and there was probably 25 people just standing around waiting to pick up their Uber eats orders. You have to order your own food on a dumb screen because we don’t need human interaction anymore these days right!?!?! We aren’t employees, most of us don’t know how to navigate the OS you have to use. So ordering food takes much longer now and by time you’ve finally figured it all out and want to place your order...you’re pissed off and frustrated. You can’t just go use the rest room to wash your hands anymore, you have to get the manager to open door. My son knows how disgusting the bathroom door handles are and they only have hand air dryers so I was outside the bathroom door waiting for him and he didn’t want to touch the bathroom door and I couldn’t even open the door because I had to go get the manager to open it. BEYOND FRUSTRATING!!!! Uber eats people and the drive through get priority so your food will take forever to be ready. They don’t have a condiments or drink fountain anymore. You can no longer get your own refills, straws, etc. So that’s annoying. The list goes on and on. Nobody cares at all anymore about giving customers a good experience anymore. Apparently, the mobile orders require that the phone that placed the order be at the location to begin processing the food even though she called and told them I was there to pick it up. She was told that there was no way in their system to bring up the order unless her phone was there.
This made it so I had to drive all the way home and then back to the restaurant to pick up the food. I marked on the app that the phone was there when I got to the drive thru, but it still took an additional 10 minutes for the food to be ready and I had to wait in the drive thru pickup parking stalls.
Then the order was incorrect because she used a coupon for a buy one get one free breakfast biscuit, but only one biscuit was in the bag and none of the salsa requested for the burritos was either.
The mobile application does have an "I'm already here" button which just tells you to call the staff, but since they can't override it, it is useless.
They need to stop requiring location tracking for orders to be picked up or at least make that button have a function besides, "Call for help." Especially when there is, "Nothing we can do without the phone here." Orders also need to be correct when picked up and coupons need...
