Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

I ordered pizza tonight, 2 pastas, and 2 pizzas. One pizza had the toppings ""premium"" chicken and italian sausage, with a premium bone included! Pizza is supposed to be boneless, yet we received BONED PIZZA! The little dagger in this picture was attached to a chunk of chicken and stabbed my gums. This is extremely concerning!! I hope that other people who ordered pizza tonight haven't had their gums stabbed, it was not fun at all. Is anything going to be done about this quality control oversight? At the very least I would like a refund for my pain, and Domino's needs to ensure that other's weren't hurt tonight. Dominos MUST check their food for dangerous contaminants like this. I did really like Domino's pizza for years, but I don't think I will be buying from here...

Just ordered from the "NEW" dominos location and after getting the pizza, wings, and breadsticks home they were ALL burnt... After discussing it with my wife we assumed they hadnt tuned the new ovens so i called so that any other customers wouldnt have the same issue... after waiting on hold twice the manager said "what do you want me to do about it remake your order?" I politely said no thanks and would like them to be notified so that they can adjust the ovens so that other customers wouldnt have burnt pizzas. She said "these are better and this is the new standard" i said well if burnt pizza is the new standard we wouldnt be returning. She said okay...

While the food is great, we as staff at Ojibway order from here as well as encourage guests to order from here. We show our loyalty to them, not to mention I myself order from here at least once every week or so. The customer service I received tonight from the young man and "general manager" on the phone was sub par at best and I will not be directing any of our guests here to them anymore, nor will I be ordering from here again.

ETA I'm not sure if the man that claimed he was management is still there or not, but I have definitely seen major improvement in the way they handle...
