Guido's Premium Pizza - Sault Ste. Marie — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

Burned pizza took an hour and 45 minutes. We were 0.8 miles from location. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Ordered a pizza @ 7pm this Tuesday. We were staying at Holiday Inn near Lake Superior State University. Pizza was delivered at 8:45 pm. When I opened box the entire top, sides, and bottom were burnt black. The toppings were slid to one side of pizza and maybe 3 slices looked edible if you could scrape off the ash. When I called yo complain I spoke to Jordan who apologized band said he was the supervisor and must have been outside smoking while they made my pizza. He said he would make me another pizza and bring it right away. Seeing as how it took an hour and 45 minutes to get the 1st one. I said no thanks. Told him I could eat maybe 3 pieces and asked for 1/2 of my money back.$31.13 with tip. Jordan said he would refund the entire purchase. 3 days later I did not receive refund so I called. The manager answered. She assured me the refund was in process and she would personally call and email me to give me a status. Still have heard Nothing. This pizza and the service provided are not worth half of what they charge. I will never order anything from a guidos pizza again. Poor quality, poor service,...

First off I was quite generous with the scoring, this was my first time in here, I am a nurse at the hospital and this place came recommended by a coworker, first off they was NOT very kind, very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable, I wasn’t attended with respect, I felt they was being prejudice but I brushed it aside, after I paid it got worse and I will NEVER COME BACK TO BE HONEST, although I tipped the young lady it was basically a waste of my money and time, I guess individuals with color are not welcomed here, especially how they kept looking and staring at me and whispering 😔 what a negative experience, I hate Dominoes and will prefer to go their instead!!! They treated the other guess with respect and welcomed them with open arms. When my pizza was finally done which took 35 minutes when others ordered after me, she just slid it to me with a disgusting attitude and as if she just didn’t even want to serve me I wanted to actually take my tip back the cashier DID NOT deserve it nor the establishment ‼️‼️‼️When I got home it was raw...

Although Guido's is using a derogatory slur as their name they actually have a pretty mean pie. I know this is a small chain but don't let that discourage you, most pizza chains are very generic but not Guido's. Guido's actually receives a 3.7 however Google does not work in smaller increments but I feel comfortable rounding up. The pizza is very good. I rate the pizza as follows:

Crust 4.0, nicely flavored crust with a slight crispiness to it, not too thin and not too doughy Sauce 3.5, flavorful, a bland sauce is as good as no sauce Cheese 3.5, cheese is of good quality Pepperoni 3.5, some pepperoni can have an off taste to it, it's not terrible but I've had better Bacon 3.5, the bacon is solid, you can tell it is of high quality, crispy small pieces that taste great Satisfaction 4.0, after eating a slice you'll not just take another, you will enjoy eating it
