
I have been coming to this location since it opened a few years ago as I used to be an avid Dunkin fan and this locations close proximity to my job.
Yesterday was the last time I come here. What a horrendous experience. I patiently waited 10 minutes for the 2 cars in front of me at 5:30am just to get to the callbox. I am greeted by one of the most abrasive fast food workers I have encountered. She was so unprofessional, talking into the callbox helping the customer at the window while I sit there and listen to the entire transaction. Finally, its my turn to order and she isnt even listening to my order. I had to repeat the same thing, verbatim, 4 times until she could comprehend my drink order. I go to order food, and tells me "its gonna be a long time". I tell her just the drink then as I am getting close to running late for my job. I proceed to the window and this woman is just as abrasive and rude as she sounded at the callbox. She is unprepared and all over the place. She scans my dunkin app then tells me to pull out of the window and to wait in front of the building because "my boss will be mad that the ticker is high". I get frustrated but begrudgingly pull around and wait in front of the building. A different girl comes outside after another 3 minutes or so of waiting but to bring a different car their drinks. I tell her as shes walking back inside I am still waiting on my drink. I tell her, she goes inside and proceeds to make the wrong drink. I have now been at this establishment for 21 minutes(confirmed on my dashcam) so waiting for a drink to be remade is not an option.
This is just my most recent experience and also my worst one. This place has been getting worse and worse over the last few months. Management needs to get things together as they are rapidly losing...
Read moretried to order through my app and it wasn’t working. So we ended up going through the drive-through. My boyfriend read off what we wanted and the employee was not comprehending what he was saying. Granted my boyfriend did get the order wrong at first. Not only was the coffee that I got absolutely terrible. But there is hair on his bagel bites, all of the donuts are stale. All five of them were stacked in a tiny bag and all got squished together. Three in a bag is pushing it, but putting all five blows my mind, especially when they were all different donuts. My sandwich was a little bit burnt and also smashed. Not to mention every time I have gone to the specific location I have never received good service. A specific occurrence was when I asked for the straw and I got the drive-through window slammed in my face. I am not one to give a review, but if I ran my business this way, my business would fail...
Read moreRan through to get 2 dozen donuts for my homeroom's last day of school. One of the boxes had some dark, sticky splatters all over it, but it was hidden under the other box when handed to me through the drive through, so I did not see it at first. When I got home and picked up the two boxes, I could smell a caramel smell that I thought was coming from the donuts. After carrying in the boxes and setting them on the counter, I discovered dark stains on my clothing where the bottom box touched and felt a stickiness on my hands where I held the bottom box. That is when I saw the dark splatters all over the bottom box. Irregardless of whether the donuts were good or not, the fact that the staff would place food in a contaminated container, contaminated by a sugary substance that is an attractant for flies and mold, means I will not be back to...
