Well it started out questionable, because I went inside to make an order, and there was plenty of workers, but I was told I had to use the confusing kiosk, then after that the both kiosks wouldn't work properly. So the lady had to place the order anyway. After getting my food , which took a while. I ordered the spicy chicken combo. Now don't get me wrong I love spicy food , but this should of had a warning label on it ,that straight from the depths of hell, or nuclear energy beware. Way too hot for the average person. I'm thinking the sauce not done properly, or it was done intentionally. It gets better, I was sitting there minding my own business, with nobody in the restaurant, I was the only one. And the manager lady tells me I have too leave. I. Looked at her and said why? She told me because I parked my bicycle inside the breezeway. You know the spot most people bring there bikes into. The little walkway before getting into the entrance. Well I looked over. There and said , ok well how bout the other bike that's parked inside the restaurant. She said he was an employee . Then I said , so an employee is more important than a customer? She got totally irate. Then threatening too call the police, I asked her if she wanted to use my phone to do so? She then stormed off too the back and called the police. I. Just sat there and finished my food. Waiting and waiting the police never arrived. I cleaned up my mess, finished my food then left. Not sure what crawled up that ladies hine side that day. But as a paying customer, my experience was terrible. The owner should think about hiring someone more friendly, and I hope she don't treat the employees the same way. Something was definitely not right about the whole thing. So be careful of the mean manager overlord Lady that will call the cops on you for making sure your bike...
Read moreMy experience may break your heart. It did mine my daughter is in St Jospsphsfigbting forher life. Needing a break my other daughter and I stepped out to hstfood.we order and it was adequate. Stopping to pick up one last meal down the way I dumped my drink everywhere. Knowing I had cometothe point ofneeding abrealdown I walk andrefilled my drink. The manager who wAs guiding her child out of the kitchen, clearly daycare was on the lobby, shdproceeds to hell at me about where I got my glass. I explained and was met with the most hateful, sarcastic reaction ever. Embarrassed I offered to elavetheseink. The lead manager turns away making me feel as smsll as possible. I turn back and explain that my daughter is fighting for her life. She and continues to loidlyaccuse me of being a liar. Never did she ask for my receipt which I have it she took the worst pain of my life and made me feel like nothing. I guess this sweet tea was very importa I started to pay again for my drink again bitocpudnt imagine giving even a cent when clearly a refilled drink means more than human kindness. There are rules so I understand but there is a way. Just as I know that work is not where you bring kids and sit them in the lobby as daycare. I don't think I will ever step foot in there again. Any establishment the teaches hurt and belittling as a way of approaching issues doesn't deserve my business. Our community is a good one so please send prayers our way. Maybe these ladies will see first hand human kindness and...
Read moreDon’t come here if you don’t want workers actively complaining loudly about your order while you sit and listen to them complain only for your order to come out wrong and be talked over when you try to express your frustration.
Firstly, I want to commend the lady at the actual drive thru window. She was sweet as can be and very prompt and I enjoyed my interaction with her so I’d give her 5 stars all on her own.
The real problem is the woman in the kitchen (who I later found out was the actual manager of this location) who complained loudly about my order while I sat there with the window wide open for me to hear her. She was totally unprofessional and loud about not liking having to make more food for my order not caring that I was right there listening to her the entire time. I came home to find my order all messed up and so I went back to try and get a remake and express the terrible service to the manager hoping that rude employee would be talked to about the situation…only to find out that same person was the manager…so of course when I tried to complain about the situation she talked over me and tried to brush off everything I said to her about the situation. Ultimately I didn’t get a remake cause I didn’t have the food (which I understand policy is policy) but I know I’m never coming back to this...
