I placed an order online and proceeded to go pick it up. When I got there I let the cashier know my name and she told me it was going to be while.I sat in the lobby for about 10 minutes and was handed my order. It was in a big bag that was sealed up so I did not look inside. When I got home and opened it I realized it was the wrong order. I brought it back and whoever the girl is in the black and white striped shirt begin to say over and over again that I took the wrong order. First of all I took nothing the order was handed to me I feel like it was rude of her to accuse me of taking something that I was given. After waiting 15 minutes in my car I went inside to inquire about when my meal would be ready. I was advised by the manager she did not know I was waiting but no other response was given. There was not an apology or even a statement that my food was almost ready. After 25 minutes i asked for my money back and my food finally became ready. I never did receive an apology or any acknowledgement of the poor service. The only response I received was the cashier stating"I told you you'd have to wait.".
