This is/was my favorite place to eat. They get so busy, that you cant even get a refill on your drink, and I was waiting forever for a refill and I was ready to go and asked them to just make the refill To go so they charged me for a whole 2nd drink. When I mentioned it to the cashier she was not concerned and was extremely rude, and when I told her that we eat there 2 to 3 times a week and this disappointed me to where I didn't want to come back she told me ok that she didn't care, and I told her that I would talk to the owner guy about this she told me she was the owner and just continued to be rude to me and I am not sure if I will ever eat there again. The owner guy that I met is awsome and I enjoy dealing with him, but whoever that lady was needs to not work there, she is going to cause them to...
Read moreI am a hole in the wall kinda guy and this place fits that bill to a T. We stopped in later in the evening so we were the only ones there and we could take our time. I liked the glass bottle cokes they carry as they have always tasted better to me. The sauces they brought us were bold on flavor but not overpowering on heat. My friend got the tortaco with the 2 meats and he really enjoyed it. It was a sandwich with the meats he selected (al pastor and bistek as well but the bread was toasted on the grill and that kicked it up a notch. In my opinion the meat needed a little more seasoning but all in all we really enjoyed our meal and we will definitely...
Read moreBest Mexican food in Savannah. Period. I lived in San Diego California for 14 years. Right next to the border. It was so easy to find good Mexican food. Have NOT been able to find anyplace as good as this since I moved to the east coast. Food is delicious and AUTHENTIC. Prices are more than reasonable. Service is consistently friendly. Love that when I go in EVERYONE from the employees to the customers are all speaking Spanish. You know it’s good when it’s where all the natives and go! Highly recommend the al pastor tacos, burritos and the pollo plate! And if you’re dining in you have to try their Aguas Frescas!!! Best Horchata and also Pineapple frescas I’ve ever had. This place is truly a hidden gem. Trust me. You...
