Treylor Park - Pizza Party — Restaurant in Savannah

Absolutely terrible service. Absolutely terrible pizza. I have been to this location once. My employees, on a work trip, have been several times. We rented an AIRBNB around the corner, so my employees on a budget, from Florida after having their lives destroyed by hurricane milton, go here for cheap pizza and drinks after putting in 12 hour work days to save money. Yesterday, 11/24/2024, a person who identified themselves as GM "Billy" slapped his hand down on my employees shoulder very hard and told him to stop "stalking" an employee who worked here. Its pretty wild to hear such an accusation after taking my initial statements into consideration, nevertheless essentially committing battery on my employee. I understand if there was any logic to such an accusation but there simply is none. Also, putting your hands on someone else in such a scenario is absolutely unacceptable and against the law. My brother and I went here at the beginning of November late night when the place was dead. Billy was working and ignored us while doing everything in his power to ignore my brother and I while we waited 15 minutes to get service for a pizza we ordered a half hour prior. There was ONE customer at the bar and no one even addressed us, including the bartender who rudely said "what?!" as we stood their silently waiting for someone to help us. Absolutely terrible service and I am not one to write bad reviews like this until I feel its necessary. Seems to be Billy is the root of the problem and his behavior is unacceptable. Unless you folks want to escalate the assault on my employee further and get the law involved, sit down with Billy and tell this grown man how to act properly and give better customer service. Do better Billy. None of my employees or I will ever be back. Wild to see the difference of how this place is run compared to other Treylor Park locations. I will continue to frequent the other locations that have amazing service. 10/10 for every other location...

Treylor Park - Pizza Party in Savannah, GA, is an absolute gem! I’ve been here twice, and the experience has been fantastic both times. The food is the problem. I've eaten at and given 5 star reviews to the other locations. I've given this location multiple tries, and it's the same thing every time. The loaded fries come stale, probably having died in the window under a heat lamp, with virtually no sauce or chicken. Again, the other locations don't have this problem. I'm local, eat these fries weekly, and hate to leave a negative comment because the other two locations are fantastic. This location serves up old dead fries with very little cheese, which is also rock hard & plastered to the top from sitting under a heat lamp or something(maybe they are microwaving old fries?) with no sauce on them and virtually no chicken. The whole thing is dry. It's the same price as the other locations, but the quality is terrible here. At the other locations, they serve a good portion of cheese, pickles, fried chicken, and sauces and actually layer the dish so you don't end up with naked fries on the bottom.
