Our recent stay at the charming B&B Zia Gianna was an absolute delight, leaving me with memories of a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, and met Bruno, the dog, we knew we were in for something special. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the incredible breakfast spread that awaited us each morning. The term "amazing" doesn't even begin to do justice to the culinary delights served at B&B Zia Gianna. The attention to detail in each dish was remarkable, and the fusion of flavors and ingredients created a memorable culinary journey. The cozy room we had the pleasure of staying in added to the overall charm of my experience. From the tasteful decor to the plush bedding, every detail had been carefully thought out to provide a comforting and inviting atmosphere. After a day of exploration, returning to our room felt like returning to a cozy haven—a perfect place to unwind and recharge. What truly stood out about B&B Zia Gianna was the warm and welcoming ambiance created by the owners. The genuine hospitality extended to us was heartwarming and made us feel like part of a close-knit family. The owners' passion for hosting was evident in every interaction, and their personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining options added a special touch to our stay. In conclusion, our stay at B&B Zia Gianna was truly memorable. The amazing breakfast, cozy room, and the genuine warmth of the owners made it a remarkable experience that we will cherish. We can't help but look forward to returning.

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary...NINO is a SUPERLATIVE HOST!!!The weather was perfect in FEB...Also you can walk to everything...minutes away... Everyday the bfast was delightful...French toast, Itailian omelet, fried eggs, all made to order and excellent...His customer service will NEVER disappoint...I will be back for my birthday...and I will not forget BRUNO...who steals the attention...a pooch who is a wonderful added entertainment! We stayed for 5 days....and will not forget HANZ....a great team to this B N B....hot tub..oh yes, hubby laid in it for hours, a definite try when you stay!!!! Will be back...the pics is exact!...also the decor is so inviting and beautiful, with plants galore...The bed was VERY comfortable(felt like home)!! Always clean and refreshed...we chose to private park, always accessible...and did I mention BRUNO,the guard dog who was always a hoot...but friendly!!! I'm glad I pic this place a winner!!!

Nino and his cute little dog Bruno welcomed me at the door as I walked into the beautifully designed B&B. The room was well-appointed and reminded me of a boutique hotel, including little amenities like water, beer, and snacks. It's little things like that which are nice when you're unpacking/decompressing after travel. Nino and his husband Hans are wonderful conversationalists and Nino has an encyclopedia-like knowledge of all the best architecture and art to-dos. I appreciated the conversation and warm hospitality as I was traveling alone. The location also puts you just south of the historic district and just north of the Starland district (more of a locals spot) - I explored some great eats in the later. The next morning Nino made me a wonderful breakfast accommodating my egg allergy - I knew it would be excellent as he used to run a breakfast spot in Boston :) I will be back, don't hesitate booking B&B Zia Gianna!

We journeyed to the land of Zia Gianna, nestled between Yuletide celebrations and New Year's Eve revelries. For two days, we were welcomed by the charming and gracious Nino, who served as our host. Our train arrived in the late hours of the night but Nino greeted us with open arms, making us feel as though we were home.

In the mornings, Nino prepared hearty and delicious breakfasts that beguiled our taste buds. As we had some experience traveling in Italy, it was a treat to hear Nino's stories of his childhood. But no tale of our stay would be complete without mentioning Bruno, the guardian of the B&B. We were fortunate enough to stay in Bruno's Room, a cozy and well-appointed abode on the upper floor. Each morning, Bruno greeted us with renewed excitement, eager for more petting and playtime. Bruno, of course, is the friendly furry puppy ambassador of the B&B.

As our final day drew to a close and we returned from our wanderings through the historic downtown, Nino greeted us with a sweet surprise - homemade limoncello and cookies! It was a fitting end to a perfect day. All in all, our stay at Zia Gianna was a true adventure, one that we shall remember fondly and one that we would recommend to any traveler seeking a touch of magic in...

Nino and Hans are wonderful hosts - with the help of Bruno. They welcomed us and our dog, Lyla, into their home, invited us to have chocolate vegan cookies with specially made limoncello as we settled in. Nino gave us directions to Forsyth Park for our evening walk - just a few blocks away. Our ensuite room was perfect - with snacks and water/beer included. The king size bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet and overlooking the back garden. The shower - perfect after a long day of travel with soothing hot water, soaps and lotions, and fluffy towels. Chocolates by the bed. In the morning, coffee was ready when we came down stairs. (Nino had asked the night before what time we would want it.) After sitting in the backyard with our coffee and tea, we went for a morning walk around the neighborhood. Upon our return, Nino served us a fantastic breakfast of frittata, fruit and pumpernickel toast. Just delightful! He shared stories of his family and Sicily. And of the process of opening a B&B. We highly recommend Zia Gianna for any length of stay in Savannah! We look forward to...
