Y'all. Pulled into the drive thru behind 2 vehicles at 8:15 pm, didn't even get to the window until 8:40 pm. There were at minimum 4 people working in the store. Asked for no pickles, got pickles. Asked for no lettuce add onion got ONE single ring of onion. The fries were inedible completely. The regular lemonade tasted terrible, like it was just a little lemon juice inside a whole cup of water, and I know that's basically what lemonade is, but please consider that I drink lemonade all the time, and it's SUPER hard to screw up plain lemonade because it's simply lemon juice, sugar, and water, but this store seems to have managed. The car in front of me pulled off after being asked to wait a moment to be able to place their order after waiting in front of me (they were there when I pulled in) for at least 7-10 minutes, then waiting more than 5 minutes and they pulled off. When they asked me to wait and I told them that they'd already lost one customer, then they could take my order pretty quickly. Do better. I have worked in fast food, FAST food, and run stores with just myself and one other person and did better, I've also run commercial kitchens and done WAY better with not even fast food. Someone had to tell the person running the window to hand my food to me because they were trying to make me wait so they could do drinks for the next order. Won't be back, it is absolutely not worth a half hour or more because of the incompetence that starts at the manager and runs down through the lack of training and professionalism...

Employee at the window said something to co-worker then told us they only serve cold brew coffee. I wanted a hot coffee but that was not an option at this location. We asked for two orange juice and only got one...asked for second orange juice instead of iced coffee that we did not want. Employees also need to make give correct total to customers. She said $13 something but our order was actually $15 something. We got no napkins... If this wasn't her first breakfast shift...this employee needs more training. I know good help is hard to find but it seems, not just at this location, that any kind of good service at fast food restaurants is a experience that is few and far between. Our #1 breakfast combo was good but not serving hot coffee was disappointing especially since that should have been made clear when anyone...
Read moreStop by this Wendy’s about an hour ago all of the staff including the manager were outback of the building smoking and joking around upon seeing the sedan in front of me pull into the drive-through in front of me they all went inside cigarettes included and proceeded to inform her and me you had to use the mobile app to order anything. Seeing that it was my child that was hungry no big deal downloaded the app did everything to order only to find out that nothing on the app would work because everything was turned off or closed. Went back to the drive-through informed the brilliant person on the mic that you could not use the app and was again instructed that they were only taking orders through the mobile app pretty sure the whole night staff should be fired as they were clearly stealing money from the owner by both being paid and sending...
