Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Savannah

Decided to have lunch today, they were short staffed and drink machine was broke so only option for self service was water or tea. Stood at counter to place my order while employee got drinks for 3 other customers from behind counter and got food ready from kitchen to give out. Finally took our order. 1 of us got tea, 1 water and the 3rd decided he wanted Coke. Instead of standing at counter and taking employee away from taking orders, he decided to get in line behind 4 others placing their orders and wait his turn. When he got to counter she said the front didn’t have drinks and he asked if she could get from behind counter, she gave him attitude and said they were busy and he’d have to wait. There was 1 customer behind him. She got at least 3 other customers drinks while we waited for her to take our order. It would have taken her less time to get his drink then to give him the reasons why she couldn’t especially since he stood in line and waited his turn. I questioned why she helped other customers while making us wait, asked why she couldn’t get the drink since he waited in line and she decided to complain to her manager which took more time away from their customers for both her and the manager. Of course he took her side not even listening to 1)he stood in line waiting his turn to ask her to get a drink nor 2) she filled other customers while she made us wait before she took our order. Attempted to place a chicken finger platter order online (catering menu) and it would not go through. Called in, asked to place the same order over the phone, employee said I had to go through the drive through to place the order. Go through the drive through, order the platter. Half way around the drive through line, the lady runs back to me and states the manager says she cant do a platter order through the drive through - fair enough. I state the issue I had and that I have cash and would like to place the order now. She says to come in and speak with the manager. Spoke with the manager, stated I'd like to place a platter order, manager says online only. I say I had a problem placing the order online and have cash to pay for it here and now, I can wait. Manager rolls her eyes and shakes her head, neither acknowledging or declining my request. Allows me to stand there for 25 minutes before I ask for an update. She gets loud and says "ON LINE ONLY". I get it, if that's the rule that's the rule (as little sense as that makes). I was simply asking if I COULD pay with cash there and now. A simple, "I'm sorry, but we are not allowed to do that and the only option is to place the order online" would have been perfectly respectable and acceptable. POV: First time picking up a doordash order from this location. Parking lot empty, maybe 2 cars in drive through. See a door propped open and assume it's for picking up online orders. Park, go in and the woman behind the counter said "you're not supposed to be in here". I said I'm here to pick up a doordash and she tells me to go back out, walk around the building, come in the other door and to this window (pointing). I'm confused. What do you mean? The window at the exact same counter I'm standing at? She said yes. I asked her to just give me the food. She wasn't going to. Asked for the manager, who happened to be one of the 5 or 6 crew members watching this encounter. I'm like isn't it ridiculous that you can't just hand it to me. He instructs me to move the furniture blocking the door to that window and walk over there (seriously insane). She hands me a large fruit punch with red drink all over the top and sides so I asked for a napkin. I grab it normally and she SLAPPED MY HAND!!!! I started hollaring and the manager never even reprimanded her! I cannot believe this woman put her hands on my and slapped my hand like a child! When she should have never even handed me a drink with red fruit punch all over it in the first place. Terrible management!...
