Never order food on an empty stomach since I went all out on this carryout order. I ordered enough for three course meals for me.
When it was time to pick up the food, I had a chance to look around. It features a 50s theme with antique decor throughout the whole area and the brilliant neon lights illuminate the room well. I absolutely appreciate the atmosphere.
The packing was done with care. When I went home, the meal was still warm and intact. Even though it is standard procedure, they were attentive to include napkins, plastic utensils, and a sauce package.
I ordered the 8-piece wings as an appetizer. The size is reasonable. A good mix of wings and drumsticks. The wings aren't breaded or battered, but they're still crispy. The buffalo sauce was excellent, and there was minimal aftertaste of vinegar.
The main entrée I ordered a foot-long hot dog. The hot dog was perfectly char grilled on a toasted bun. The topping resembles to the Chicago style, excluding the sport peppers. The topping contributes flavor and color. I had the handcut fries as a side. It was well-seasoned. It was savory, crunchy, and delightful. It pairs well with hotdogs.
I got tiramisu for dessert. It had a soft and creamy texture. I recognize the aroma of coffee. It was satisfying to watch the fork smoothly cut the tiramisu, and every bite was delightful.
I believe this establishment is underappreciated and should be acknowledged for its excellent service, delicious food, and reasonable rates. I will definitely return to taste their various...
Read moreUPDATE Manager Brian reached out to me right away to rectify the error. He was very accommodating to inconvenience and helped resolve the situation quickly. I am here again with my 2 boys, was able to use the gift card with ease and was met with a very pleasurable experience this time around. Thank you Brian & Garibaldis staff for making things right! I typically don't post reviews but I felt this experience needed to be known. I had a free gift sent to me for this establishment through Lolo. I should have a free pizza slice, cookie and drink. All the cashier did was credit me for the drink. They said they've never seen this before and could only "meet me halfway" by crediting my drink. I told her how unfortunate this is, since my realtor had already pre paid for this gift. I had the email from Lolo to show them The cashier then said she can give me a free cookie. I said no thanks and walked out. This is Christmas eve too...and I am alone this Christmas, so I was looking forward to using my free gift today for some comfort food. Unfortunately, since my gift was already marked redeemed, I cannot now go back to a manager and redeem it. Just so unfortunate for a place I typically enjoy going to. Well, Merry Christmas Garibaldi staff. Thank you for showing your lack of generosity and not honoring...
Read moreWe’ve ordered from here many times! It happens to be my son‘s favorite pizza place. But tonight the service left me never wanting to order from there again. We ordered online to have two pizzas delivered at a specific time because we were having company over. They delivered an hour and 20 minutes early. We called to ask why this happened and to see if we could get them to deliver at the accurate time. The manager blamed us for using their online app and that when you order online the font size is too small on their end. We were scolded and told we need to call to tell them it is a delivery for a later time. The fact that the manager treated us that way and could not accept responsibility for their error was enough in of itself. We then asked what they wanted us to do with the pizzas they delivered at the wrong time and we were told to hold on to them and give them to the next driver that drops our pizzas off at our correct time. I know that those pizzas are going in the garbage or being eaten by the employees. The driver was shocked when we traded pizzas with him. It was super petty on their end. Very unprofessional...
