Subway — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

Service was mediocre at best. This location is short staffed — only ONE employee working every time I’m there. The store manager hasn’t organized the products in store — if someone asks for something it’s a search instead of just picking something up.

I have been here multiple times and they need more geo-targeted advertising to drive local consumers to this location. The only employee working said the only time there is a rush of consumers is lunch.

The store in near a busy thoroughfare but the only way you’d see it is if you already knew it was there.

My suggestion is more geo-targeted advertising and better management to train the employees. I’ll send my butler to corporate to collect the bill for my consulting work. Thanks for...

The worker was incredibly rude and unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. When I was trying to pull up my mobile order details, he was impatient, but I didn’t mind that much. There were cups right in front of us, and we mistakenly took one, thinking it was a water cup. He immediately started accusing us and didn’t make any effort to empathize that we just wanted a cup for water. Instead, he just gave us a water cup and stared at us as if to say, “You better not do that again.” He was being extremely rude and unfriendly to us, but he was friendly with the other customer — I’m not sure if it’s internalized racism or what. But I’ll never be coming back here, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else...

I always get coupons from Subway in the mail, and this is one of the few locations near my address. They always accepted coupons when I came to order. Recently, however, they suddenly have this "rule" that they do not accept it on weekends. I do not see that on the coupon or any notice on their store. I asked the worker how and on what basis is this rule and they cannot explain it to me. I'm pretty sure it is illegal to not honor a coupon that is from the company they are franchising.

I may have fewer options at Jimmy John's, but I'd rather go there or Potbellys. At least they dont cheat me out...
