I met woman here in my first experience. It was a quiet and relaxed environment, music played but did not impede the ability to have a conversation. Two days later I returned preferring to write and enjoy the hookah and the environment of the lounge to writing in my hotel room. On this occasion, I ordered a hookah with fruity pebbles tobacco, two cups of apple tea, and a bag of flaming hot Cheetos. The tea was delicious. A man came by and changed my coals while I was in the middle of a toke. A little while later my coals were out and this man no longer had the same zeal for the coals. I asked the presumed manager if my bowl was empty or if I needed new coals. He changed my coals and amonished the man concerning coal upkeep. If I remember the menu correctly the tobbaco was 16$, the tea 3$ per cup and the chips we're 2$. I didn't mind waiting to check out as the hostess was having a personal conversation because I was in a good mood having written and edited a portion of a writting project, which provides me pleasure. I wasn't thinking much about my bill. I told her what I ordered and she told me my bill was 42$. I gave her 46. Later I thought about how I basically ordered the same items I ordered previously, but the total was 25$ and some change. The first night I ordered the hookah 16$, 2 redbulls at 3$ each, and a Perrier water that I think was 2$. One occasion was fair, and on the second the service was rude in the timing of the coal change, poor in the neglect of the coals, and finally, I was overcharged to the tune of at least 10$ and tipped on...
Read moreExcellent environment and great atmosphere. First time here the music was great. This is also a byob, which makes it great!! You can buy snacks but it’s a great place to come.
EDIT:
I’m editing this review because I found out after paying my part of a larger bill, then leaving my receipt with the group of my payment, I heard there were more hidden charges that continuously started to appear.
I am giving a two star review because charges were not up front and although the customer service was very good, there were so many different charges that I’ve never encountered at any other hookah place. I was also privy to other places having any charge created to be written everywhere.
Management also lied and said I did not pay for all of the charges when I paid for everyone that was part of my group. I don’t understand how a bill can total 183 dollars, I pay 40 of those dollars and the remainder is 160. That doesn’t make sense to me at all.
To help your business in the future and to not have so many issues with pricing disputes, there needs to be clear guidelines as to what you are charging and not arguing with customers, then walking away and ignoring them.
Hopefully these changes will be made in the future. I personally don’t think this is a place that I would visit...

A special shoutout to Abbas, who was exceptionally helpful in recommending fantastic flavors and promptly providing cold drinks upon request.
