Brewhouse 41 — Restaurant in Schererville

I came here because I saw they were featuring New Holland beers on the Untapped app. This is such a cool place! As soon as I walked in, a guy was setting up to play some music that night. He was pretty good. I ordered my food and beer with the cashier and then proceeded to sit at the bar.

I got the bacon Brussel sprout cheeseburger with fries and the Dragon's Milk beer flight. The bartender was really nice. He was super quick in getting my flight all ready. He placed each beer next to it's name on a sheet of paper that explained each beer taste notes. He also gave me a small taste of the Dragon's White and gave me a cool New Holland beer opener keychain. I think the Dragon's Milk Salted Caramel was my favorite.

The Bacon Brussel Sprout Cheeseburger and fries were amazing!!! The bacon was nice and crispy. The Brussel sprouts were cooked nicely and had a bit of a crunch. There was a nice garlic aoli sauce on the burger that helped brought everything together. The fries were crispy and addicting.

I went to Whole Foods and found that they also had a small section named Brewhouse 41 attached to Whole Foods. My wife continued shopping inside Whole Foods and I decided that I should wait for her with a nice cold beer. The door from inside the grocery store is right next to the deli and I observed that a lot of people purchased food in the deli and went into Brewhouse 41 to sit at a table and eat. I did not eat but ordered a draft beer from a limited selection of about 16 craft beers. I was in beer lovers paradise! This is not a place I would drive to just to have a beer but if you are in the area stop here and enjoy some really good local craft beer. I give it Five Stars for the beer and the fact a deli is just outside the door. Oh, by the way, my wife finished shopping and joined me with a beer....

Brewhouse 41 is a nice spot. I went there with my favorite guy. We ordered burgers the way we like them with fries. I asked for ketchup out of habit. After tasting the fries plain, to my surprise they needed nothing added. The food is great. I ordered a grass fed burger with a avocado sauce and vegan cheese etc. My husband had the same thing with a double patty. He also enjoyed our dining experience. I think You will enjoy it. BTW Kimchi was the purpose for our visit...
