Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Schererville

Horrible worst Jimmy Johns ever. Every experience I have had with location has been bad, I work down the street from them so I chose location to deliver my food. The first time I called and ordered food I was given the wrong food but manager apologized said new and trying to work out system. Second time I ordered online it took 30 minutes to delivery not freaky fast in that I work about 2 minutes away but again assured would get better. Today decided to give one more final chance worst experience yet my food was wrong, delivery past 15 minutes, but the topper the driver Mark determined to give himself a $5.00 when clearly our front desk stated no and when I called for my money back had the audacity to have an attitude that I wished not give a 56%. I'm often forced to get Jimmy John's delivered at work due to my busy schedule. I regret this decision more often than not. First, deliveries often take around 40-50 minutes. So much for "Freaky Fast." Second, my order is almost never correct. 80% of the time when I order additional meat, it's not on the sandwich. Straws, mustard packets, etc., all of the extras, forget it. On top of all that, my last few sandwiches have been under an inch thick. It's not enough to fill me for the remaining 3-4 hours of my work day. This place needs to get it together. It's rough. Oh, and before I stop, let's not forget that the prices have increased regularly. I'm paying around $21 for a bare-bones sandwich, chips, and a drink with tip. To make matters worse, the drivers don't get the delivery fee. I can't imagine why not. So add that to the list of poor and deceptive...

While I'm not DEATHLY allergic to onions, I am still allergic to onions. Like many reviews before mine, I also have chalked it up to being short staffed/new staff. However this location has consistently put onions on when I stated in my online order "no onions". Again im not going to die, but now im going to have stomach issues for the rest of the day......great. Probably going to be the last time i order from there.

Update 4/26/22: After a very rude delivery driver gave me one stinker of a side eye ive decided to no longer order from here. You guys did your best, but I do truly feel im being a burden when im asking for no onions; and I'm no longer going to be one. I gave this location a fair shake, but after today no thanks.
