Walked in to purchase food because drive thru line was long. There was one customer being waited on at the counter. When the associate finished talking her order she turned her back to take what seemed to be a phone call. She never greeted, recognized or acted like she saw me but I know she did because she turned back around and looked straight in my face but said nothing, still talking on the phone. After 3 minutes I finally had to say excuse me, I would like to order. At that time she finally responded and said I will be with you in a moment. When she got off the phone she took my order, however she did not apologize for her rude behavior.

Compared to a "sit down and order" restaurant, they are quick with the orders (I only have so much time for lunch). The food is good, iconic, and slightly less expensive to McDonald's. The restaurant (like many) could use a bit of soap and some elbow grease or a remodel. However, the tables/chairs look as if they have been wiped down throughout the day. The floor by the pop machine always seems sticky. The parking lot is well designed, but when leaving- drive north through the other parking lots to catch the light if wanting to go south (or north). Read moreI’ve submitted complaints and to no avail. I ordered a specific order no salt on fries, well done chicken rings and actually spoke to a worker! Received the order and the order was cold , chicken rings mushy and fries with salt! Instead of pulling me up to handle the order properly they disregarded the request and this around 3pm on 11/26/24. I definitely notice the difference in management and it’s unacceptable to mishandle ppl food.
