5-3-24 I went to pick up food in pick up area where the sign said park as I was in my car about to leave there pick up sign fell hard on my car and left damage I went inside to let them them so they can make a report and the manager came out defensive and denying the claims when the sign was right by my car and cameras right there I called the cops twice one to make a report and the second to call again because not only was the manager yelling at me I was on the phone with dispatcher for a 2nd time because worker in a red shirt black pants threatening me and coming towards me dispatcher heard all the yelling and even said is that the manager I hear I said yes ppl saw all this happening which I also have in film as witnesses they said they wouldn't move the sign so the cops can look to see what I'm saying confirmed my story about the sign doing damage but they got scared and moved the sign before the cops came to try to get away with the damages but I already have filmed it there and them moving the sign all I wanted is the damage fixed that there buisness sign did on there property fixed and they escalated it I told the manager to look at the cameras period to see that sign fall and her worker threatening me I showed the officer the videos and pictures told them they tried to deny that the sign hit my car he said how can they deny it I have the pictures of the damages and the sign right there in front of the manager and the manager for once...

Single most frustrating experience I've had ordering food. Ordered a chicken sandwich, mashed potatoes with gravy crunchy taco and fries.2 were wrong, the chicken sandwich I ordered had a thumb sized bone in it. Called to get a refund for the mashed potatoes as there was no gravy and the sandwich. I was transferred twice, the 3rd time the assistant store manager answered. From the first opportunity he called me a liar saying there's no way a chicken sandwich had a bone in it. Drove to store to provide him proof and was told I planted it in the sandwich. After an increasingly frustrating conversation the locked doors he came to he ripped out of my hands and slammed shut. Called them asking for my food and receipt back so I could get ahold of a GM and get a refund that way. The assistant manager thinks that he either hung up or put me on hold, instead I listened for 7 minutes as a worker and the assistant manager talked trash about me and the worker threatened violence. They wouldn't come back to the phone, I drove around to the window and they had an epiphany that someone put a thigh on my chicken sandwich. Manager still didn't apologize but continued to give excuses and wouldn't provide management above him for me to speak with. Finally gave me a refund and tried to give excuses for how he acted. Have never been so angry and frustrated in my life, 100% will never go back, definitely avoid this place as the anger...

I went through the drive through one day some time after lunch and my order came out nice and quick, I only saw but two employees so i thanked them and went on my way. I went back the other day and went inside as there was a line in the drive through and i had some time to do so. There were three employees standing at the front a manager it looked like included. Only one of them was taking orders. The girl taking the orders took the lady in front of me order and walked away without saying a word. There were still people in line behind me. It wasnt until an employee from the kitchen asked if i had been helped to which I replied no. All while the other employees are standing there. That's when the girl came back and helped me. There must have been about 6 employees total in that kitchen and I overheard the two people in front of me had their orders wrong. The manager was being rude to the employees and in my opinion makung things worse, she had no remorse for the customer almost as if she was annoyed that he was complaining or she was just frustrated with her staff, either way that's not how the customer should be treated. However, my food came out pretty quickly after ordering, it was hot and tasted great. The lobby was pretty clean too and the drink station looked good too, it was stocked at least. I'll be back for the food, hopefully the staff is a little more...
