I placed an order on the kiosk using my mobile app, I ordered a vanilla cone and a double hamburger without onion, and ketchup only mustard and extra pickles. Received my burger with onion and pickles but no mustard and 1 patty so I came back in told the girl at the counter it’s supposed to be a double hamburger with only mustard and extra pickle it clearing says it on my grill order slip. She takes it back comes back with a hamburger with only pickle and mustard but still not a double hamburger, so I stated to another girl it’s supposed to be a double hamburger it states it on my grill slip please ask the grill person to read his grill slips takes my hamburger to the back and comes back with the correct double hamburger with only mustard and extra pickle! What is the point of utilizing the kiosk and customizing your order if you’re not gonna read their grill slips? I don’t live in Schertz. I live in Alamo Heights I’m on this side of town down the street from the McDonald’s with my daughter for cheer practice with Star Vipers. This happened last time I ordered the same thing a double hamburger with only mustard and pickles got all the way home and it was a double cheeseburger with onion, mustard and pickle. I really don’t like complaining, but I just felt that they should know of the mistakes that they’re making when it comes to preparing the orders. The kiosk is supposed to be a convenient way for us to place our orders and customize our orders for us as well as convenient for the restaurant, but it’s obviously it’s not working out. Maybe we should go back to having crew members place our orders over the counter for us. Please advise the crew members as well as the grill members to read the grill slips and this would save a lot of people like myself from writing a bad review as well customer bringing their food back. Read moreThis location doesn't even deserve one star. Two different nights (Saturday night, and tonight) I went to get in line at the drive thru. Both times few cars waiting. Saturday night, I waited for a good 20 minutes with not even an acknowledgement that I was sitting there. This happened to others as well in the other drive thru lane next to me. I tried calling the store number listed and it goes to a fax machine. Useless. Tonight, I was the second car in line. The car ahead was beeping their horn, and saying hello because no one acknowledged they were there. Waited another 20 minutes and finally got to pull up. The employee comes on and says, "We are short staffed so its going to be a very long wait. Is that okay?" I told her it isn't okay, and she just repeated her same line of being short staffed. I told her they shouldn't be operating a drive thru if they can't handle taking the orders and acknowledging the customers waiting. I also said that in the time she says they are short staffed, she could have taken the order. By now, there was quite a line in the drive thru lanes. I told her that I wanted the manager's name and a good contact number to call tomorrow. She says, "You want to speak to a manager?" I said yes. She was quiet, and said nothing. After 5 minutes of waiting, I asked if she got the number. She said nothing. Then I told her forget it and I would contact the GM on the issues this location seems to be having. She just said "okay." This may seem extreme but this location is by far the worst. It was a quick stop to get a bite to eat after a long day/night shift at work, and honestly, they don't deserve any business at all. If you value your time, and want to go through a quick drive thru, this is not the place. You could go to a restaurant and sat down, ordered, and gotten your food before these people even...
Read moreOk so my lil cousin n I came here today and both ordered a medium mc cafe blended drink with a special request for both of them to be blended a bit longer so that they don’t have ice chips in them I got a smoothie and she got a frappe when we got to window they tried frappe looked like a size small that was placed in a medium cup and also visible ice chips in it. When I asked the worker at window why does it look like that as in not all the way Gil she gave an ugly look and said umm I don’t kno so I asked can u check on that because it’s not as full as the smoothie.. so she said yea I can but we will need you to park… so I said ok… I then wave my had to get her attention as the window had already closed I asked her can she remind them who ever was going to make it to make sure it’s blended a bit more. She then said ok and I went to park.. the lady who brought drink out proceeded to had it to us and I explained that there are still ice chips we asked for it to be blended until smooth and she said ok I can take it back. So she then does same lady brings it back as said they remade it and said they did do it longer but I then pointed out ma’am u can litterally see ice chips in there but u can’t in my mango pineapple smoothie so her lil attitudinal self gone say well they did it so… idk it’s the machine it makes it that way… mind u I used to work at McDonald’s so it is not something that CANT be done especially if my smoothie was smooth.. that’s one thing u never have to ask about if u get a frappe from STARTBUCKS … IJS but aside from that the customer service wasn’t great:/ definitely ...
