I don't understand how every single time this location is visited, there is a problem. Either there's super long wait, order is wrong or nasty or they mess up on the change. Why is it no carhop changes any denomination of money outside? They always say, "I have to go inside to get your change" That ultimately just slows down service even more! Not to mention when cash is given to them, they ask you, "Do you want your change?" Of course I want my change, do you want a paycheck, or do you want Sonic to keep it? Do you see how that sounds? I just think it is extremely rude to ask a customer if they want their change back. It should be a no brainer. The change belongs to the customer, not the carhop. The customer is in no obligation to give you anything. Instead of carhops asking the customer, "do you want your change?" They should be TELLING the customer, "let me get your change" that will then leave the door open for the customer to say, "ok" or for the customer to say, "no, you can keep it" I was told today, "do you want your change?" I said "yes I do." The carhop of course had to go inside to get it. I gave her $30 my total was $24.38. Tell me why even after going INSIDE to get the change, the carhop hands me back $3.62??? I then had to push the button again and wait for the carhop to come back and give me the remaining $2. I would have given her a tip but after that, she didn't get anything. I even called ahead because I know they take so long. I was there exactly 10mins after calling. I then had to wait another 8mins for the food and change. Almost 20 mins for my order to be completed is pretty ridiculous. Read moreThe night manager Mexican heavy set lady very rude very unprofessional took 7 minutes just to acknowledge that I was there after I push the button then when I did and she came across and asked what I wanted she was very rude to begin with starting out saying what can I get you all I wanted was to drinks to slush drinks on top of that 1 Route 44 one small cherry lime slush she said 4 times Cherry Frozen limeade I said no Route 44 4 times I had to tell her my order then she tells me that I was yelling at her that she will no longer take my order or serve me when I stated that she had it wrong on the screen I wanted to be sure that it was correct she had attitude then my son went out there to go and place the order and she refused service to him what happened to the customer always being right I go there numerous times out of the week I always tip servers I've never had problems during the day it's the nighttime the manager if she's not happy with her job she needs to go elsewhere I have seen numerous employees in the back smoking cigarettes and whatever else this particular manager as well lights to close 15 to 20 minutes early with lights out when you go when you place an order I've always been told I will work out of this and we're out of this because they're too lazy to make it because they've already done they're cleaning up for the night I'm all for one and supporting my local businesses but I have got to say this Sonic needs to be closed down and open it with something else. Read moreIt was just after 10pm when I pulled into one of the spots about halfway down the line. The girl that answered the Red Button advised me that I had to park in front of the building if I wanted service. No reason why was given. I pulled into the handicapped space that was farthest from the building. The same girl answered, so I asked for a carhop to come to my station. Her response was, "So you don't want to place an order then?". I resp that I did want to order, but that I was requesting a carhop. Intercom girl then states that she'll just take my order over the intercom. I just sat there for a second not sure why this was happening. I've never had such problems at other locations. Finally a carhop comes over. At this point, I'm so confused, frustrated, and upset I really just want the corporate number and a drink. C'mon the high was 103 that day, I was still feeling dehydrated. I settle for just a drink. So, carhop take my order for an unsweet tea with 2 "shots" of cranberry added. The SAME intercom girl comes back to the speaker and tells me that they are out of CRANBERRY and asks if there is something else I'd like to order... via the intercom. Now I just want the corporate number. When I ask for it all I get is silence. A moment later the manager shows up. I explain what has happened.
