Brought in a set of bookshelf speakers and a subwoofer to have looked at. They said they were very busy on Saturday and they would have to get to it another day and I could pick them up. After browsing the store for some used gear, TJ asked if I wanted to bring in the speakers to look at. He took them right back to his bench and immediately diagnosed the issue with them and showed me the option to fix it on my own. He also was able to find some speakers that were a little out of my budget, but he sold it so well, I ended up getting them. He was not at all pushy, but more informative and honest. It's easy to spend thousands of dollars on gear here. I walked out spending just under $500, which is nothing here, but he treated me like I was a top paying customer. I was in the market for a $500-$1000 integrated amp or amp/preamp combo. I think they had one or two options from NAD, but that was it. I was hoping to compare more brands like Cambridge Audio, Marantz, Rega etc, but Overture doesn't carry those brands.
