I ordered six pizzas online. Sent my son to pick them up. He came home with four. We'd been charged for six. I called, waited on hold, talked to a nice helpful person who handed me off to the manager. I explained the problem and asked that they deliver the other two pizzas. She they would if they got another delivery in our area. I said how about they just deliver them since this was their mistake. Each of the boxes said, "1 of 6, 2 of 6, 3 of 6..." etc... Clearly they should have gotten to "6 of 6" when handing over the pizza. She said they were busy with other orders. I said we'd ordered first and that should take precedence. She said oh wait we weren't in the delivery area after all. They wouldn't deliver, I should come get the pizza. I said that I had arranged for my son to get the pizzas so that I didn't need to drive over there and that I had a houseful of people and not enough pizza, that the fault was their's and they should try to rectify the situation. She said that I should come get the pizzas or she would credit the pizza to our account. I asked if she would refund all or just two? Just two. Store credit. I said refund my credit card, not store credit and she should try to do more since this was their problem and they weren't fixing it. She refused. I said put the two pizzas back on my credit card. She said she couldn't right now because she was too busy. She'd do it later. I said okay call me when you do it. No call. I call the store 3 hours later to be sure she did it. I wait on hold, talk to the nice person again. She told me that the general manager will call me tomorrow and...

Showed up to pick up my order and they admitted they had accidentally just sent half the order out with a delivery driver. So I had to sit for ten minutes while they remade the missing portion of the order (pasta bread bowl). The manager did offer to refund the order which was appreciated.
Got home and half the order was cold because it had sat on a shelf for ten minutes while I waited for them to remake the missing item. Both the pizza and the pasta bread bowl managed to be completely undercooked, mushy, and doughy. The pasta literally had no sauce on it. So I had a doughy bread bowl, steamed noodles, chicken, bacon, all topped with a massive pile of steamed onion. Yum. We had a single bite of the pizza before tossing it in the trash because the dough was so undercooked.
