Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Scott Township

So had to delete and edit this.. so cheese bites and clams are great that's about all thats great here. I had to call corporate on this location I just had enough of the shenanigans and ignorance that comes from here at night. The 1st time there the girl in drive thu was great and nice everything was great except the exceptionally hard hush puppies. 2nd trip there entire order not only wrong but thrown in 1 box with a large cheese bites ordered large clams got 3 clams mixed in with cheese bites go in the girl puts her fingers all threw the food surfing through wondering what the issue was. Trip 3 and last trip forever wrong order yet again the girl in drive thru which I think is manager ignorance isn't even the word anymore. Completely ignores you turns around to have conversation with the entire night crew if I didn't know any better sounded like 1 big party going on and this went on for 15 mins you want to find the night crew just look in back of building they'll be there passing blunts around for 2hrs. They remodeled the building but forgot to remodel the employees. Brittany Rice seems to have had same experience i hope the long johns "owner" doesn't ahoy me unless im getting some kind of compensation and see new employees here.. I normally don't write long reviews but this place has my blood pressure boiling and just can't believe how these employees are even employed here or even got hired in the 1st place very unprofessional and inexperienced for sure. Whoever gives 5 stars for this location must be employees getting bonuses for fake reviews. Interesting 1st time to this location. My father and I took a short trip from Washington to have LJS. Because, they closed the 2 in Washington and the one in Canonsburg awhile back. Still mad about that. It's been a long time since we had LJS. Maybe a couple years. I was craving it badly. Anyway, we got there and it was very, very busy. I didn't care. It gave me time to think of what I wanted, since it had been so long and they had different meal deals. Here is where things get crazy. We get our meals. They forgot my crab cake, so I told the guy about it. We got through half our meal when the power went out. Then it came back on and then out again. Then, everyone was told to evacuate the building and that it was an emergency. So, we quickly grabbed a take-home box and put everything we didn't get to eat in it. Yes, I was upset. It's my typical luck. I'm not surprised. Though, more likely would've been after we ordered and while the food was cooking and would've lost both money and food. I love LJS. I gave it a 4-star because of this and the fact that the place is so small with no decor. Everything else was fantastic! I would definitely go back. I mean, what are the odds of that happening for being at a particular location for the very first time? I don't like interrupted dinners. We just went and spent $100 on dinner to be completely let down. The restaurant has just reopened since the remodel and we were so excited to be able to get long John’s again. Did an online order paid for it and went to go pick it up. Upon pick up there were 3 bags on the rack 2 had our name on it and one without a name. We asked if the third bag with our order was ours and we got rudely asked “does it have your name on it?” We responded with no there isn’t any name on it to then they responded with it must be then. We asked if there was Tartar sauce in the bag and the one lady very ignorantly said yes it’s in there. We get home open the food and guess what? No tartar sauce!! The food was cold as ice and very over cooked. Then we open the 3rd bag with no name and it was someone else’s order. I was very let down out of the family meal I think we only ate 4 pieces of chicken and fish and threw the rest away. The Cole slaw was warm like it was sitting out in the counter all day. The hushpuppies were hard as a rock and the corn was spilled all over the bag. Called the store to be told that if we weren’t happy with our order then we don’t have to come back and hung up on.
